I once needed something photocopied except their photocopier was apparently down. Well so happens that I win at life all of the time so just by me needing the copies somehow they sprang back to life shocking the manager who proceeded to high five me and I tell you what, ever since I joined BMO it's been win after win for me. Only thing I'd change is please unlock the doors at night time, I'm tired of spending up to three bucks using bank machines elsewhere.
My bank was awesome in helping me with my questions , and they are very courteous to their customers.
Great bank, very kind staff, very helpful. They treat people with respect even during these covid times, think you've gotta call n set appointments for teller stuff still n you need a mask, I just use the machines most of the time n I wipe down the keypad and monitor with wet wipes before n after usage. One thing I've noticed is my pay comes in sooner than my friends who use other banks direct deposit comes in which is pretty cool. I was at Scotia Bank for years before I jumped ship and I am glad I did. BMO rules!!
The folks in this branch are fantastic. Telephone banking.....incompetent.
