Your customer service at your branch in Port Elgin is the worst i have ever expierenced in my 40 yrs dealing with CIBC i was at your branch today oct/31/2017 at around 1:51 and i was in line until 2:34 and there was only 1 person in front of me and that person was with the teller the person behind me finally got fed up and left and i got fed up waiting so thats when i left at 2:34 ,in my observation the teller on duty had absolutely no idea what she was doing and i  really do not know how she was ever hired  or why she is still there my opinion she should be fire.
