Chicken was a little dry, so next time I think I'll try the grilled chicken instead. : Consistently DRY over five separate orders both dine in and take out.

Food was very good. Price was a bit high. The service was good! It’s a new place. I love the food. Everything was fresh. Parking is limited.

Best Portuguese restaurant in the area. There are 2 other's on St Clair within close proximity. Neither come close to Paulo's. I've been a number of times and have never been disappointed. The chicken is phenomenal. The hot sauce is great. The fact that my son and boyfriend both extremely picky eaters will eat dinner and ask for seconds, says a lot about this place. You won't regret it!

Another great place to have an authentic Portuguese style dinner or lunch with coworkers, family or friends. Their food is always tasty and hits the right spots without second guessing or feeling hungry afterwards. And take-out service is always ready to feed your family, friends and guests without leaving anything left behind on a plate. Trust me, it doesn't get any better than that. Very reasonably priced, excellent portions, cooked with care and tradition, it's always ready to please everyone. Just don't forget to buy a few natas during the payment process,

Passed by this hidden gem few times and earlier today I decided to try it.. well let me tell you I wasn't disappointed at all!! Food is amazing .. staff is friendly .. price is affordable .. on top of that.. Portuguese food authenticity guaranteed

Horrible customer service. Asked the lady if I could have two more hot sauces on the side and she literally said "no you can't, you have to pay 25 cents each". Like what are you trying to imply? That I can't pay $.25 for the sauces, or that I just don't deserve to get more sauce? Why would you say "No"? I offered to pay for it and she put one in and had the audacity to tell me that I can have one for free this time and keep it in mind for the next time. Like there will be a "next time". Seriously, treat your customers better.

Looking like a cafeteria service, we decided to have a full chicken and sit down all to find out they over charged us. The to go package is so much cheaper. This place is only good for to-go. Very bad first impression. The guy behind the counter is very rude and unhelpful with a bad attitude. Rather go to Bairrada couple blocks east have a tasty meal with presentation, fresh, sit down service and tasty home made pirri-pirri sauce . Unlike this place with salty hot sauce.... very underwhelming experience and feeling ripped off.

Despite having a plastic guard between us, none of the staff wore masks or washed hands/sanitized when handling the food or walking around the restaurant. I felt very disrespected by that. Its REALLY SOOOO SIMPLE.

Chicken was so over cooked and dry even the dog would not eat it. It was obvious to anyone that this chicken should not be served to customers. I do not like to write bad reviews but unfortunately this food deserved it.

My favourite chicken in the city! Staff is friendly, the restaurant is extremely clean, and the prices are great. Honestly, I would move west of where I live just to be closer to this place
