I was here two days ago and the food didn’t look like what was advertised. I asked for a refund but they did not provide that. I went to another church’s chicken Tomken location and noticed that the chicken was red and not this colour. The manager at the time gave me a rough time. I had not even touched the food and asked for a refund on both orders and was willing to return my full order to get my money back. The women manager needs to taught proper customer skills as this is the worst customer service I have received in any franchise. She was not even willing to give me a refund plus was getting furious towards me. I felt very disrespected as she is a manager and I fully told her I'm not trying to be rude, I just need a refund. She declined to give me a refund even though I did not touch the food. She lastly made excuses such as we started using a new oil. It's different from other franchises so the chicken will never be red. I dont believe this is true.Lastly, I will call the head office of Church's Chicken to complain about this location and the manager. Worst Church’s Chicken location I have been to.

We ordered Maxicana and TXS sandwiches. Both burgers were supposed to be spicy but was absolutely flat with no taste. Staff was all over the place and management looks very unorganised.  There are much better burger places in Mississauga. I would not recommend this place.

Ordered it yesterday night through uber eats. Awesome Mexicana Sandwich Crispy Bombers Hot Mashed Potatoes Fresh Biscuits And the juiciest 4 piece chicken. Who ever worked last night, you guys are all legends and deserve a good tip. Thanks

Overcooked Chicken when I opened the box at home, very disappointed, I had to remove the crispy burned part first to eat the chicken. The difference is clearly visible in the image between the regular cooked and overcooked

Pretty average. Kfc and popeyes is definitely better than this. Their poutine tastes more authentic but the chicken is below average. The mild option is tasteless and spicy option almost gave me diarrhea. The sit down place is pretty clean though

There was a cockroach next to the soda machine at 3pm.  I can just imagine what it looks like in the back.  Other than that, food was tasty.  But I'll never return.

Last time I had a great visit into this store. A front Cashier girl name Ramandeep helped me to find out the best meal burger which i never tried before. Basically this store had a nice staff which is very helpful and customer oriented. Last but not least thanks for the help.

Bought a family deal for take out tonight and it was one of the best choices to do! First time to try this place and I love it! Definitely will go back and recommend, the fried chicken will surely satisfy your cravings! It's not oil, it's crispy, tender and moist meat! The honey biscuits are amaaaazing!!! And the mash potatoes is puree so nicelyy. Love this place!!

Just visited this location for lunch today. We got the opening special and ordered 3 biscuits and large onion rings. The chicken  is very juicy and seasoned perfectly we got spicy and the honey biscuits are so fluffy and moist with the perfect slight crunch on the outside. The onion rings are also perfectly crispy with just the right amount of breading.  The staff also was very patient with us as our group started to argue over which sides to order. My friend's and I have already made plans to go back some time in the future. Definitely check this place out!  Side note: Someone from a business on the other side of the strip mall came in and rudely demanded my friends to move their car and the person who I assume is the manager also helped to diffuse the situation. So it seems like they have improved greatly on their service since a week ago based on some reviews I read.

It's my first time trying Church's chicken. The opening special was a great deal. The fried chicken and honey biscuits were both really good. The chicken skin was crunchy and crispy. The honey biscuits were soft and moist. It is definitely one of the best fried chicken around the area. Chicken sandwich and fries were alright. Nothing special in my opinion.  There were quite a lot of people waiting in the store after ordering. When I was there it was a minimum 15mins wait with close to 20 people standing around waiting. It was hard to all stand 2m apart although everyone had their mask on. It would be nice if they can speed up packing the orders since all the chicken and biscuits were all made ready to go. Also an electronic order number display might be handy. It was very hard to hear the numbers being called through the masks.  Overall, I enjoyed the meal. Will definitely go back again for some fried chicken and biscuits.
