Got a haircut with Kana and it was great. I showed her the picture and got what I wanted. She explained me how to style it. I was very impressed with how gentle she was. I don’t feel hair tugging when she was cutting or brushing my hair. I was so shocked with how gentle when she handles my hair. The price is very good too. I’m happy I found another salon who can handle southeast Asian hair. Will be coming back.

I always ask Kana for my haircut as she is amazing and has great skills! They are very friendly, fair price, and keep the salon clean. This salon is my go to hair salon, I won't go anywhere else. 100% recommended! :

I love this salon! Chura has become my go to place to get my hair done. The stylists are so friendly and knowledgeable, they always do a good job and never disappoint. The salon itself is very cute and chic, with very flattering lighting for photos and great ambiance. I recently got my hair done in a purple balayage and I'm absolutely in love with my hair. Moca, my stylist did an excellent job. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Chura Hair salon for excellent service.

I had to break up with my hairstylist a while back. She was the one until she wasn't. Perhaps she lost her passion, but the last 3 haircuts were far shorter than I wanted and the cut was just horrific.  So, I went back to Chura. I had been here years ago but chose to leave after I had moved.  I've been back since, for about a year, and Chihiro always listens to my opinions and takes a more conservative approach in length, and checks in, before it's too late.  Her cutting technique frames my face well and the best part is that it grows out well, too.  Super happy to have found my stylist and salon where I love my cuts again!

I've been wanting to have a haircut for a while now and I always go for Korean/Japanese hair salons and this didn't disappoint.  Kana was my hairstylist and did a great job with my hair! I will be going back, for sure!  Tip: Bring cash for a 5% discount! Every bit counts.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Chihiro was very kind, and she answered all my questions in detail! She was very gentle and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. It was my first time getting a hair cut from a non Korean place, so I was nervous. But I had a very positive experience. I recommend having Chihiro for hair cut.

If you have long hair, please don’t come here got a hair cut. I requested for 2-3inches cut and specifically requested to not cut it too short as I like my hair long. Unfortunately, they cut my extremely short and it looked nothing like the hair cut face framing layers I requested for. Unsure if it’s due  to a language barrier from their team or lack of experience.  Pros: - good price for hair cut - clean overall

great little place in kensington, was kind of uncomfortable with dying my hair right beside a huge window but that is that. good results though, really expensive but maybe it’s because i had a lot of procedures. some dye is falling off though need to go back for retouch. olaplex offered here.

i made appointment with their worker at Thursday and talked about 5mins and that worker even asked me a lot info about hair history and i asked if i can book on phone and they said available on saturday 12pm . but they didn't ask even my name so i thought they just put my calling number as an appointment . but when you arrive to shop the worker said there is no any appointment with me,i also showed them our phone calling record . but they refused to do . i wasn't happy but i tried to ask them of solution or change another time but she's aid : i don't know . that's everything she said. So finally i just ask her that you just don't wanna do for me right? she said : i don't know with a innocent and no care face . because I am not A japanese !!!!!!!!! it's just be treated and they didn't even say sorry .

Wanted to get a full curl perm, however Mizuki warned that it might not hold on my thin straight hair. They didn't even charge me the full amount as only a wave could be achieved because of my hair texture.  Although I had to go in twice to get it as the guy who booked my appointment didn't know how long it will take. So make sure you get Mizuki on phone if you are going for a perm the first time.
