Great cut and $12 is an amazing price! I know you can get a slightly cheaper haircut at other places in Chinatown, but I doubt they'd put as much care into it as these guys do.
See for yourself. This ks a before and afters photo of me getting a haircut there. Id say the hair dresser did a decent job of cutting my hair short. The one with white background is after. However, due to its proportularity you need to wait to get service. Avg 40-60min of waiting time.
Great haircut at an affordable price. I was concerned the level of service would be lower given the price point but I was pleasantly surprised. Annie was professional and took her time perfecting my cut. Keep in mind this place is cash only!
