Terrible customer service .. The women on the phone who took my order was so rude !! And especially the owner herself who did not want to accept and change my order where i made a tiny mistake on!! Horrible we pay for our food and you cannot change one little thing ?? Loll unbelievable. Never will i eat there again. You guys have no respect for your customers shame on you CHUN BO !

The dumplings used to be free with delivery. Meat tastes off in some dishes. Unfriendly service.

!TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! This is my experience at Chun Bo, for the last 13 years of being a regular client, in which it has come to an end. Enjoy reading everyone because i have a lot to say!: I have received the WORST costumer service BY FAR from the owner herself which i have personally known for the last decade. By being their good client for so long, i have never felt it would be possible to be treated so badly over a small miscommunication over the phone. We were ordering our usual meals, which the owner knows very well our order even if its not her who takes the phone, but this time i had a friend who pre-paid her food by the phone. She ordered a “yong chow” with a side of dumplings (we always ALWAYS order the peanut butter 5 piece dumplings) and the person who was on the phone asked which dumplings and if it was steamed. The peanut butter dumplings are steamed so yes we assumed it was what we ordered. But then, the bill for my friend came a little over what we expected it terms of price so she called back (EXACTLY 9 MINS LATER) to make sure she ordered the right thing. The same person on the phone notified us that we ordered the 10 piece dumplings which we did not ask so we simply demanded to get the usual 5 piece dumplings and this is where things got very out of hand. first of all, 1- The girl on the phone said that the reimboursement for just the dumplings is not possible and that after all, we live too far from the restaurant and that we have to cancel our whole order (we ordered 3 other main dishes) We live EXACTLY 10 MINS AWAY and we have always, always ordered for delivery.. none sense!! ..And what does it have to do with anything anyway to say that?! 2- We insisted that we want to talk to the owner, as the person on the phone was already unprofessional and thought it would be easier to just speak to her as i know her well! 3- The owner calls me by my first name and starts SHOUTING that i shouldve thought about it before to order the right thing!! As it is my fault And that they are super busy and have no time to change the order! I mean PLEASE, I called less then 10 mins later in which anyway, they told me it could take up to an hour to deliver the food and i had no problem with that! Because i was so shocked of how she spoke to me, i insisted of asking what could be so problematic to just change and order the smaller version of the dumplings And she said: “i cant change your order..You order the 10 piece dumpling or i cancel your whole order !!! “ ( i am not kidding word by word!!!) .... i asked why and she replies: “its already cooking and i am gonna have to throw everything in the garbage if you don’t take it!” I HAVE WORKED IN RESTAURANTS FOR OVER 4 YEARS and i know how this works !! We always have situations where customers don’t want their food or want to change their order even when its already made, mid rush or not, and do we go up to the customer and tell them to eat it anyway or cancel the order? No!! Or tell them that we are too busy and can’t accomodate their demand? No way!! Because that is what customer service is !! They pay for our service and we give them what they ask within reason! It makes no damn sense to shout at me like im a relative or a child and disrespect me this way !! It is just unprofessional to force me or anybody to pay extra for something we don’t want!! No person should go through what i went through. That is a complete shame on their name. I will never come back and thats for sure. I surely hope that you all enjoy your experience as much as i did ! PS: make sure you order the right thing otherwise... THEY WILL THROW EVERYTHING IN THE GARBAGE or FORCE FEED YOU! Thank you and farewell chun bo

I really like the food there I often get it delivered and it's allways good . I've had most of the menu by now but I tend to get the same thing again and again wich it's the usual chicken plates and noodles or soup
