Stopped by the River Inn at the suggestion of our sister-in-law. Glad we did. The staff were friendly and helpful. Met the owner Jody and she was very nice. Jody gave us a run down on the history of the establishment. Impressive history. The food was equally impressive. Prime Rib??? Oh yes... Burgers were great as well. Starters were also great. The staff and quality of food are why small businesses succeed and the River Inn epitomizes these traits. Thank you too Jody and the rest of the staff. We'll be back... Soon...
This is a wonderful place to have a meal and relax! My wife and I came here for dinner and loved the service and the quality of the food. The beer cheese soups was delicious and was ingeniously served with popcorn than combined beautifully, the burger was delicious and juicy and the pizza was great and crunchy. The building itself is really cool with the outside fire pits made it cozy and warm. Highly recommended!!!
Great local spot for food and beverage. Had the spicy BBQ chicken pizza added fresh jalapenos and it was fantastic. Small selection of micro brews on tap. Service was good. This place is always busy and a regular spot for many area residents.
Was introduced to this gem of a place this week. I've been there twice already and can't wait until the next time! Great destination for a motorcycle ride! The prime rib is superb!
The atmosphere was busy yet positive and fun. I sat at the bar with a friend and just watching everyone working so efficiently was a treat. I ordered the American burger and was quite happy. The American Burger was juicy and flavorful, even though it was cooked well-done. I enjoyed their french fries too. The beer selection was decent and the wait staff was very friendly. I plan on eating there again soon. Kid-friendliness: A lot of families eating Sunday lunch there
Outstanding food had the ribs special and the sweet corn was awesome, the staff was super friendly and funny. Love the big outside area and cute bar inside.
Went there at around 5pm was packed but the server was very nice and we enjoyed the river while we waited. But, it was worth the wait it was a very nice and clean bar and the burger was amazing.

The River Inn has become one of my favorite places to eat. The food is consistently delicious, with the most amazing prime rib we’ve had anywhere and we eat a lot of prime rib! and spectacular sides. We just had a large group for a surprise dinner, and they all went so above and beyond to make the night perfect! Jodi owner is the nicest person you’ll meet and so good at what she does. The staff are all so warm, friendly and welcoming and take amazing care of their guests. All our friends traveled from an hour away and said they’d come back any time, it was so wonderful. I can’t say enough nice things about the River Inn and everyone who works there, but THANK YOU for everything!!
