We went to Chucks and had a great experience. Appetizers are half-price after 9 PM, so we tried the wings, a plate of 3 mini burgers, and some cheesy fries. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. The waiter was very efficient, and the overall service was excellent. Definitely a place we recommend.
Absolutely terrible experience. i’m a regular at chucks and i have never experienced such bad service the way i have tonight. my waiter Sam, made us wait 30 minutes before she asked if we wanted the bill, after taking all of our plates off the table, leaving the table empty. not to mention, she only checked on us once the entire time we were there. do not wish to have her next time. had a great time with the short guy every other time we’ve been there.
I went out for my birthday dinner here, was GREATLY disappointed with the service. Either you guys need more staff, or better ones. & on top of all the him not checking in on us, not asking for refills, not asking about our meal, greeting us about 15 mins of waiting. They didn’t even do anything for my birthday. Which I’m an adult, but normally they at least say something… & there were 3 tables and 2 staff on on a Thursday night around 6PM. What are we doing here? I used to love Chucks but.. even the food went downhill
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I’m very disappointed in a recent experience with this establishment. The food and drinks are good value, and the servers are pleasant. However, I have an issue with the manager. I am a frequent customer, often returning multiple times per week for lunch. I work at a construction site nearby; however, I typically drop off workers and come to Chuck’s to have a meal/beverage before picking them up. The last time I went, I brought my employee with me. We both ate a meal. After paying and leaving, the manager chased us outside and confronted us, telling me I couldn’t park there, despite the fact that I was already leaving as a paying customer. He ended up calling the construction site supervisor to complain about us, resulting in us being suspended from working. As a frequent client, I am offended and disappointed. I can’t help but feel discriminated against as we were wearing construction clothing and are visible minorities. Like I said, I used to frequent the establishment regularly but will not be returning….
First time visiting.nPlenty of free parking in the parking lot.nReservations are not necessary; we were a group of 4.nThe Steak Bites were not seasoned as well as they should have been with garlic butter. They were overly done to the point of almost being rock hard and had a burnt after taste.nThe Calamari was cooked and seasoned well but nothing exceptional.nThe Caesar Salad was a run of the mill Caesar Salad, nothing special.nThe Rib-Eye was cooked to perfection! Well seasoned and very tasty; the price and quality is very good value!!nOur friends also enjoyed thier ribs and chicken wings.nnAll in all, we enjoyed our visit and will definitely return but will not be buying the Steak Bites again.
