Our experience with Chuck E. Chess is excellent. The place is nice & clean and staffs are very helpful. They have three types of birthday party packages. We really like their service. It is a good location to celebrate kids birthday. Kids will love it. There are not much options for babies and toddlers. I think this place is best for 4 yrs and up. There are ample free parkings spots available.
Place is very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Games were fun and worked without issues. I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and waited only 15-20 minutes for it. The pizza tasted good. Chuck E. walked by the table I was sitting at and waved I waved and said hi. No complaints. Will be coming back. Edit Oct. 2022: I'm updating my review because I returned recently. I enjoyed my visit last month, and celebrated my Birthday here on Oct. 18. We ordered a Birthday package and reserved a table. Our server greeted us as soon as we walked in the restaurant, and our table was already decorated. We ordered a Pumpkin Pepperoni Pizza, which tasted good. We also ate a chocolate cake. Loved the Halloween decorations, as well as the Halloween Chuck E. songs playing on the TV's. Chuck E. visited our table during cake time, and I got a picture with him. About ten minutes before closing, I realized I didn't get to use the Ticket Blaster but I talked to the Manager and she let me use it. I went to the Gift Shop and got a cool Gumball Machine. The service was excellent, and my family and I had a lot of fun. Will be visiting again sometime.
There is not a lot that kids can do here. There are some games and a play area. Unfortunately the food is not very good and over priced. There are some kids who seem to really enjoy the place but I did notice that my daughter grew bored very quickly. There is a lot of free parking which is convenient. Kid-friendliness: Kid themed restaurant.
I was here for a birthday party. My kids loved their pizza, and their nice selection of games. And their rechargeable cards to add "coins" and collect "tickets" is super convenient.
It was a fun place for kids to play, have fun and enjoy lots of games. I also love that you can host kids birthday parties there too. Only been there once, will be trying it again
Kids and us had fun. Staff was helpful. Pizza was good. Looked like others kids/parents were enjoying too.
Good place for little kids. Kinda outdated but still good! Brought my youngest kid here on his birthday and he had a blast!
Obviously, a great place to spend some time with the kids! Had issues with making use of a summer package bought but couldn't be used due to ... Life ‍ Tried on my own to rectify issue through google information but unsuccessful. However, the helpful and patient manager? Was able to get me in touch with customer service and within a couple of days they reached back and long story short; we are so happy to be able to enjoy this establishment this winter!! Thanks to the kind and helpful manager and quick customer service!
Came for a 6 year old's Birthday party yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun we all had. The staff was fantastic, especially Tasha who made all the kids feel welcome and made the birthday girl feel special. Core memory unlocked! Cake and pizza was pretty decent, exactly what you want for a bunch of little kids. If my kids were younger I'd 100% book a birthday here.
Great staff, they’re very friendly and attentive. I thought I had lost my phone and they all helped to look for it. The place is very nice for the kids and there’s quite a variety of games that even my baby can play. Awesome place!
