We visited this location for the first time. It was our first time at any Chuck E. Cheese. My son was so excited to meet Chuck E. Cheese! The staff was very nice. For 30$, we had over 2 hours of great fun. My son got to pick a great gift with the tickets that we won on the games. There are a lot of different games to choose from! We also got a collectible cup that gives you free drinks refills. Chuck E. Cheese comes out every hour to meet the kids, dance with them and then throws a bunch of tickets for the kids to grab. We did not eat the food but it was super cheap. Too bad that we live so far away or else we would come back often!!

The staff is amazing .Keith cares for his customer .We were not happy with a buffalo wing we order .The manager takes his time to come to us to find out our concern .He did not neglect us .He offered us pizza instead. That is what customer service is about .KEith came to us a few times to make sure that we are ok .Great staff .I understand that people make mistake and we are not prefect but the way we handle imperfection change everything. Thanks again .Rose

every time we go there it's a different feeling but always happy enjoying the moment with friends and family and the children really love to be there playing and trying to catch the Jelly Fish :) #thebestgameever

need more AND NEWER game machines. last time i was there was 10 years ago and they still have the same machines. food is sub par

The food was expensive for the amount given. Great and helpful staff, my son lost his $300 retainer, the servers and managers tried to look for it, they went above and beyond to help us, even went through a big pile of garbage to find it. We were very THANKFUL and APPRECIATED their efforts. It showed us how employees at this Chuck e cheese location can work together for a common good and gain our respect and I wanted to share our story with others.
