Excellent experience here for a summer treat! We went during the day at opening hours to avoid the rush. People are friendly and the games were fun. Unfortunately a small portion of games were not working at the time.nIt gets busy closet to 12pm and happened to be multiple parties here. But overall expected great experience.
First time going 2 a Chuck E Cheese! I wanted to see the animatronic band. Food was good. Place was a little run down but I still loved it! Wish my parents brought me hear as a kid
Celebrated my daughters 4th birthday and we really had a great time. They were so flexible in allowing us to adjust the arcade passes and focus more on jump passes which worked great because the arcade was quite busy and most of the kids in our group were younger so jump place was perfect for them. It felt so safe for the kids to roam around. Our host was so great and helpful manager said he was new, but he was pretty awesome!. He did a lot of running back and forth to help us with our order, sock sizes/wrist bands, special requests, delayed timing of events for our party. Would like to thank the host and manager. Really impressed with the renovation and expansion of the place. Highly recommend! Food is always pretty good too.
When I came here about 2 weeks ago the place had looked quite different since the last time I came. There was a video wall, New wall art and the weirdest thing no salad bar was there. I had a good experience with the games they had. The game room had some new games that I didn't see last time and that meant that there was a wider range of games to enjoy. The food had improved since I had came because it didn't taste like cardboard anymore. Probably the best part for me was the area with the animatronics. The had this cool part on the left with most of the old wall art and the chuck e cheese statue was still there. The animatronics also had a few tweaks like a hat for Jasper. Overall I hope to come back soon!
First time visiting at the request of my animatronic loving 8 year old. We drove over 2 hours, and it was worth it. He loved watching the show, and doing the Chuck E. Bop with Chuck E. Cheese. The staff we interacted with were helpful, and kind. They also loved the games, and he said the pizza was the best! He gave the pizza a 10/10! He cannot wait to visit again.
