My mother lived on floor 1AB for 19 months. All the staff showed incredible kindness towards him. She was treated with care and dignity. Respect, professionalism, generosity and exemplary support honor them. It’s as if they are taking care of their own loved ones. Thanking them is simply not enough, there are no words.
