very helpful. pleasant staff. Reasonable prices. Found wonderful litter for my two big cats.made from reclaimed sustainable materials. smells faintly of pine, cats had no trouble adjusting. very little dust/trailing and best of all it's clumping and you can flush it. have had it a week now and not a whiff of odor save the mild pine scent when I clean out the box each day. Amazing!

WFC previously carried some awesome farm and garden tools from various manufacturers, which were replaced with lesser quality True Value product lines, and some products with very low sales you couldn't find elsewhere were eliminated; however, the True Value items are admittedly little cheaper and they carry most of the items a person generally needs. They have a nice hardware section, the store is bright and clean, aisles are wide and clear, and the staff are incredible --- not just focused on customer service, but they are genuinely friendly people who really want to help. I recommend them.

My cat is a picky eater and they have someone on staff who is knowledgeable about the different brands they carry. Also, when they see me standing in front of a shelf they'll stop and offer help so I'm never looking around for advice. This is especially helpful when I'm on the hardware aisles!

Edit: It was a great store, but this location is now closed. The closest CHS to where this location was, is on Guide Meridian. This is far and away my favorite feed store in Whatcom county. The staff here is always helpful and they have a tremendous selection of products. The store is always clean and I can always find someone to help when I need it. I feel this store is well managed, as I’ve been to other locations and they aren’t run nearly as well.

We arrived thirty minutes before close looking for a specific item and had never been to this store before. There was a young lady and a man at the front and I explained what I was looking for and asked if they could point me in the right direction because I didn't want to wander aimlessly and keep them there past close. The man scoffs and says "Yeah, that's not going to happen". Super rude and unnecessary comment. The young lady said she couldn't leave the register to show me where the item was but directed me to the right part of the store while the man walked away and did seemingly nothing. He could have watched the register , or even offered to show us where our item was located if him staying late was "really not going to happen". My first and last trip to this store. We didnt ask for much and were very polite. What horrendous customer service, and this man is hoping for a management position as he is currently "acting manager".

Great Service! Bought a lawn chair and liked it so much I wanted another one. They were out so they called me when they were back in stock. Both times they carried it out to my car for me!

Lots of stuff, friendly staff, good prices and quality. They are in process of closing this store. Sad to see it go. Probably won't be open after May 1st 2018

Store is getting ready to close down so everything is currently on sale. They have always had a great selection of farm and garden and it's unfortunate they won't be around that much longer.

I like being able to bring my dog in. They always have what I am looking for. Very friendly staff. Clean store. My kids love the popcorn.

I bought baby lotion, baby oil, and witeout from this location last month. The baby oil i bought for a dollar is expired by 2 years and my baby is allergic to the lotion. DO NOT BUY PERSONAL CARE BRAND BABY OIL AND LOTION FROM ANY OF THESE STORES!!!
