The staff at Chris' cheesemongers are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to give you a sample. There's an unbelievable variety of change ranging from burrata in a container to 24 month old comte to truffle pecorino and aged beemster. Try the comte or havarti and you won't be disappointed!
