After $600 they gave me back my car, and it did not even make it home . They would not refund the money, nor did they tell me that it was ready to blow. They charged me and sent me off on my merry way. No decent mechanic charges $600+ on a car that is destined for an explosion under the hood that should have been corrected by the mechanic. I emphatically do not recommend such theives.

I took my 4Runner here as one of the brackets that holds a suspension arm to my axle had completely broken apart. The owner of the shop crawled right under my vehicle to look at the problem and felt confident he could fix it in 4 hours. They booked me in right away. It ended up taking them 6 hours, which is a little frustrating. I was warned by a friend of mine, who is a mechanic, that Thane's tends to do this (quote less than it will actually take). However, I guess it can be hard to determine how long a job like this will take. The shop cut off the old bracket, grinded the axle smooth so they could get a good weld, fabricated a new bracket and welded it on and painted the bare metal. They said they fabricated the bracket stronger than it was initially and that I shouldn' thave any problems with it in the future. They are very friendly at this shop and willing to explain their work to you. The guy that I talked to the most was Randy and he was very professional to talk to and made you feel at ease about them working on your vehicle. I will crawl under the truck tonight and snap some pictures of their work and post them to this review. Also, I will update this review in a few months to tell you how things are holding up.
