ChocoSol creates chocolate using organic, forest garden, shade-grown cacao, sourced directly from indigenous communities in the Lacondon Jungle of Chiapas and the Oaxacan mountains of Southern Mexico. Our horizontal-trade relationships grow beyond the exchange of commodities, blossoming with the reciprocity of friendship in communal solidarity.
Rooted in Toronto, our chocolate production utilizes all sustainably-sourced ingredients and alternative technologies to ensure the most environmentally-friendly and ecologically stable chocolate foods.
Join us on Friday evenings and Saturdays for our Fresh Masa Pop-Ups! On from 4:30-9pm every Friday night, and Saturdays from 10am-4pm, we're taking over the street to serve fresh, seasonal Tortilla Project foods and drinks cooked fresh to order.
