Thanks yall for coming to work. I dnt even care my order was completely wrong and portions seemed unfair. I heard restaurants despise DoorDash orders… I’d go straight through the restaurant however DoorDash has great, non confrontational resolutions easily available for discrepancies. Again thanks for showing up! My one individual experience will not effect my future visits. It seemed like an honest mistake and someone messed up the packaging, somewhere, somehow. The burrito I ordered was with three toppings, the one I received had about 8! I’m impressed the made it fit!
Grub hub gives you the ability to read an order on screen, so why is it that any time I order from you guys on grub hub the order is always completely wrong ? Who ever it is taking the order you just seem to throw together burritos in the most opposite way it was ordered, what if I had a food allergy and I bit into a burrito and got sick ? You guys need to get your s**t together! January. Update 3/17/23 My pregnant wife tried giving them another chance. She ordered a chicken burrito and 3 quesadillas for our children. All 3 quesadillas were packed in 1 case mashed together and the burrito was steak. I find it very hard to believe this isn’t on purpose again because they’re getting these orders off grub hub.
Hands down worst experience at a Chipotle. Worker that was making my food just plopped the ingredients on my bowl. The line was much more messy than other Chipotles.
The customer service here is awful. You can literally tell the workers hate their life. The worker on the line left halfway through the guy in front of me’s order… he literally just walked away into the kitchen and a few minutes later walked out and left. You can’t take less than a minute to ring up the person you’re helping up before leaving? It was ridiculous.
Let me just say this store needs better employees, or better management. I just went into the store, first of all completely filthy, trash everywhere, tables full of dirt and food. There were 2 people waiting before us, after it was just us. We weren't greeted by any of the employees, the food prep person had a horrible attitude, after a few minutes I went up to her and asked if all orders needed to be placed online since she waa prepping food and didn't greet us, she goes no, I'm just getting these orders ready, so we waited, after we were standing there with no other customers, another customer came in, they stand right in front where she was prepping the food. She asked them how can I help you, & I go excuseme. We've been here waiting, she had the audacity to say Y'ALL NEEDED TO STAY IN LINE with such a bad attitude. Mind you we were there waiting for more than 10mnts. People like this should not work in places where they need to have people skills and customer service..
Cons: some staff are rude, sometimes food options not available in middle of the day or raw vegetables, hard to order when music is too loud. Pros: Food tastes good, an easy way to get a hot meal. Kid-friendliness: Kid's meals available Parking: There are only a few spots near Chipotle, the others are across the street in a general parking lot.
This is the 3rd time that they messed up my online order. I literally crave chipotle for their hottest salsa and they forgot to put in my bowl along with the corn. Apparently you can’t trust this place to do online orders.
Not only was my order made without ingredients and I did not receive my chips. My sofritas bowl included steak and a hair.
Thank you to the few people who showed up to work tonight. Lots of orders but you guys were handling it well. I’m sorry people are extremely impatient and rude to you. Y’all are just doing what you can. Being short staffed is completely out of your control. I appreciate you guys being there. My food was delicious. Thank you
Ordered ahead thinking we could save time before a road trip. Long story short, online orders were being ignored. Employees were just stacking up online order slips while filling in-person orders. After waiting 15 minutes past my order pickup time, I had to get in line so they could finally start my online order. Poor management!!!!
