I ordered a cheeseburger $8.70 only mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and grilled mushrooms. Also a small order of fries$3.77. Total $12.47. First of all the place was spotless. Very clean wherever you look and it was a little after 1pm on a Sunday. The people working there were very polite and professional. I got my order to go. I took it to the car and immediately opened the bag. The fries were delicious. I think this fresh cut style of fries is the best you can get. I then grabbed my burger and the first problem was that it was very messy the way it was wrapped. It was dripping out of the foil they wrap it in and was getting the bottom of the bag wet. The burger itself was very soggy. The bottom of the bun was almost like soggy paper. The top of the bun wasn't much better. Keep in mind I only took it from the store to my car in their parking lot right in front of the entrance. It's not like I drove home and then opened it. I had it for less than 5 minutes as I opened it in the car. There is a difference between a juicy burger and a wet soggy burger. This was wet and soggy. Flavor of the burger was ok, but the grilled mushrooms had no flavor at all. Overall the burger was bland and needed more seasoning. In closing the fries were the star here and the place was clean and the staff were very nice. I truly don't think they are trained right in wrapping burgers to go. I don't care who you are...you don't want to unwrap a soggy burger. Especially when it was like 4 minutes that it was wrapped until it was opened. They need to rethink their to go packaging or at least let the burger drain a little before they wrap it. I think if you want to spend almost $9 on a burger there are much better places to go in the area.
Ordered just a regular fry from the 5 guys site. Got there before my fry was ready. I was the only person waiting for food at the time. I could see that a worker was cooking fries, I figured that was my order. But the employee gave those fries to the other customer. So I had to wait for them to cook another order of fries! Also I did not order Cajun style fries but I could taste the Cajun seasoning which I didn't necessarily care for.
Tried fives guys for the 1st time, the burger was really good, too much seasoning on the fries, but over all it was good. And I just wanted to note, that any toppings you may want is NOT an charged extra like most places.Food: 4/5
Probably not a great idea to send a vegetarian 5 Guys virgin to order/pick up food for 7! The cashier was overwhelmed by my ineptitude but was friendly nonetheless. Then a guy from the back said, “we can do this. We are here to help. We like helping”. I got my order fresh and accurate and felt relieved when I got it back to everyone and they were so happy. I felt terrible for my anxiety in that moment but they were so helpful! Thank you!
I've Been going to 5 guys for About 3years You won't.find a better burger any where just my opiniontheir just great.

Recently a Very disappointing experience. Not enough staff. No manager even. They tried their hardest but had to turn people away. Hope things improve. Burgers are awesome
Only place that has no common sense how to make it burger they gave me no buns for my bacon cheese burger SpongeBob even has sense to give buns because it's the foundation poor show never ordering here again
Ordered here from Uber eats and my bacon burger arrived WITHOUT bacon! Sigh, I was really excited when it got here too. Unsatisfied customer.
I eat at this location quite often. Over the years they have had the hiccups but I’ve gotten better. Tonight I went in and dealt with Ryan who was super pleasant and not in a rush to take my order and let me take my time all while dealing with a credit card machine issue. He handled it like a champ. I also called back to get his name and the female that answered the phone which I forget her name Was also very polite. Good team work
