Good. Only thing is the parking. For the amount of people parking is not enough and had to park all around.nThank you for the update on the parking.
Reply to their comment:nIt was reported online that it was “cancelled… due to unforeseen venue issues”. Just be professional, apologize, and give a reason. I never mentioned “dance” in my original review…. Curious, how did you know it was a dance competition if you had no contract and no quote??? Hmmm…???nnOriginal Review:nWe were told, less than 48 hours before our competition was supposed to start, that the centre had cancelled it. It’s frustrating that no reason was given for why the PC Ho Theatre was no longer available for a well planned out in advanced event. We had already taken time off work and made arrangements for accommodations. Just a reason should have been given to the several hundreds of people impacted not only financially but also personally. We’ve been here a few times and love this facility, the staff and the decor are great. The only downside is the parking, which can be a nightmare. It’s best to arrive at least 20 minutes early in case you need to park on a side street and walk.
Great spot for a dance comp. The place was super clean and the custodial staff was top notch. Only issue was parking. Youll need to show up early for a spot.
Best spot for performances! Lots of parking.
The place was pretty nice. I came down here for the Ontario Band Association and its quite a nice environment. Good sound quality in the concert hall and plenty of practice rooms.
