Chinatown X-Ray & Ultrasound

recently had an ultrasound performed by Tanya and I could not be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect, and she was patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. She also had a gentle and reassuring demeanor, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. During the ultrasound, Tanya was skilled and precise, and she clearly had a wealth of experience and expertise in her field. She was able to capture clear images and provide accurate measurements, and she was able to identify potential issues that needed further investigation. Overall, I would highly recommend Tanya to anyone in need of ultrasound services. She is an exceptional professional who truly cares about her patients, and her dedication and skill in her work is evident in the quality of care she provides. Thank you for a great job!

This was my first visit to Downtown Radiology and I had a great experience. Desk staff were friendly, didn’t have to wait long to be brought in. I was having a female ultrasound for the first time and I was a bit nervous and luckily had an amazing technician by the name of Mahin. She was very gentle and explained everything that was being done which made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend Downtown Radiology, would be back!

I was trying to get my mother an ultrasound for a couple of weeks and nowhere had any appointments less than 3-6 months waiting time but Thank you to down town radiology I was able to get my mother in within few days . Since my mother does not speak any English I came with her to the appointment and the receptionists were very nice and professional. The technician who took my mother in was An Iranian lady named MAHIN who told me she will take a good care of my mother which made me feel at ease. Once I picked my mother up from her appointment she told me how kind and nice MAHIN was to her and made the exam very comfortable for her. She has asked me to write this review for the technician to Thank her.

I came with my pregnant partner all happy for our first ultrasound. The receptionist was short and unfriendly only to see the technician who didn't even look at me and said "he cannot come in, it's protocol. He has to wait outside". I highly recommend not coming in here, better find a friendly place.

Our technician Tanya was fantastic, she was sensitive to our concerns, was assuring and did a great job with our ultrasound. She gave us all the time and information we requested and we are grateful for her patience, expertise and considerate polite and respectful manner. Well done Tanya, thank you!

Mariana was very nice while doing my ultrasound. She answered all my questions about the procedure obviously, not the results. She also speaks my native language, it was nice to remember the good old times. Mariana is a doctor in Moldova and has 9 years of education under her belt, that gave me additional confidence that my ultrasound was done thoroughly.

I had no choice but to go here but if you do have the choice just don't go. When I went to another place for my friend's first prenatal scan, they took their time around 20 minutes to explain what was happening and we weren't rushed, and they emailed the scanned photos. Whereas here, I had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time which took less than 5 minutes for the scan and was rushed to leave. This was my first baby scan and it was literally the worst experience ever. I admit, my expectations may be high because of the experience I had with my friend. I suggest that for technicians to actually care about their job and clients, please don't overbook and don't think of your clients as an object or a task - person-centered care* Thank you.

I had my first ultrasound and the radiologist didn’t say a single word to me the entire time. I asked her questions and she flat out ignored me meanwhile I’m having so much anxiety throughout this entire process. She only spoke to me when my appointment started and all she said was “lay down” in a really cold tone, then after she was done the ultrasound she said “you’re good to go” and just left. that was it. Just super cold towards me and I had absolutely no idea what was going on. The receptionist were very sweet though.

Very nice reception and fast take in. Waiting time was short. Though the problem was overcrowded which made me uncomfortable. i was concern if everyone came by appointment why here is this much busy. then I went for Ultrasound with out drinking enough water. However, the technician didn't mention that took my pictures very careless and fast. I was remembered the pervious location that they spend time to take the best shot as possible. I probably never back there next time.

Very pleasant experience. The desk staff was very genuine & kind. I had Tanya look after me, she was very kind & genuine aswell. Overall was a great experience. First time i wakes out of a medical place smiling & full if positive vibes. Thank you
