Chin Generation

Jacky was very helpful and knew what he was doing. He did my Japanese hair treatment and my hair went from dead and straw like to shiny and much healthier. I will be going back to do my permanent straightening and color change. Their prices are fair for the service they provide. Thank you Jacky!

The director & owner of the salon, Samuel, was very attentive and experienced. I went to Chin Generation for their permanent hair straightening services and also requested for a quick trim/dusting off the ends of my hair (assuming that it took some damage after the straightening). Although I felt like he did a wonderful job with my permanent hair straightening, he went ahead and did a full on cut and ended up taking off a lot more then I had originally asked for. In addition, I was charged for a 'cut & style' when all I wanted was a very short trim. I guess stylists have the tendency of not knowing when to stop cutting because I lost a lot of length. Overall, I was still very happy with how they ran their salon and perhaps should of reinforced the light "trim" I wanted.

If you want to look good and feel good after a hair salon...this is the place for you. Staff are courteous and professional. I've never had a bad experience.
