Worst experience ever. They are very rude and do not honor appt times. I was scheduled for 130 and was waiting till 2 with no update or apology. The girls are young and inexperienced and not very polite. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the price they charge. There are many other places in Scarborough that I would recommend. Also for laser try peeled to perfection next door. So much better

I've been going here for the last 6 months now for my Brazilian wax and the customer service here is excellent. I've never had a problem with their services and they're clean inside as well.

Used to be really good but now it's awful.  I have been going here for years and loved It, but now I end up with cuts all over my face and the hair is still there!  I am done !

I heard alot about hydrafacial so I chose this clinic because of all the reviews I read online. It is amazing. Even decided to buy a medical grade sunscreen and cleanser. I am thinking about coming here once a month to replenish my skin.
