Ordered the Pick Three Appetizers Onion Petals, Cheese Curds, and Mango Habanero Chicken Strips. Chicken was very crispy and the sweet/heat combination worked very well! Ancho Chili Grilled Salmon had a nice crispiness to the bottom side and a tasty, Southeastern style topping but, it was a little overcooked. My Dry Rubbed Ribs and Cheddar Jalapeno Sausage platter was very good. Ribs were perfectly tender with a great post cook sear that gave the underside a nice, flavorful char! Loved the spice rub too. One of the best non-smoked ribs we've ever had. More savory than spicy. Needed a substitute for fries and bread and cheerfully received a great side salad in a chilled bowl and a generous amount of steamed broccoli. Really enjoyed our dinner!
Chilis food has really gone downhill to the point I’d rather go to Applebees which I don’t care for much either. The best part of chilis was the bartender and my $5 monthly special drink! Even though most drinks are premade here she was completely willing to hand shake them. Food was not good at all fiesta chicken was dry and tasteless, needed more pico or some kind of sauce on it. Chips were not what I remembered used to be thin warm and fresh made, not what we got this time. Bar area does have good tvs for watching sports on. Kids meals which is what we went here for, the corn on the cob, and it was also tasteless and dry to the point corn was shriveled. Service was best part but not sure that is enough to make me go back.
Food was great. Service was good. It was his first week . I didn't mind if it was a little slow completely understandable. I have nothing to complain about. We will be back again soon.Food: 5/5
The chips and queso were amazing as always, so were the egg rolls. The molten lava is a bit too sweet where it’s sickening. Also over time they’ve really let up on the cleanliness. The spoons had remnants of food and the table was a bit sticky too.
We have been going here for years. We stopped going during Covid, for obvious reasons. Since restrictions have been lifted and we returned, so many little things have changed that add up. They don't even carry French dressing for salads, service has gotten worse along with quality of food and portions. Tonight was our last straw though... Our friend ordered fajitas and had so much green peppers it was ridiculous, but not a single onion to be found, the server never even checked on our table until the rest of us were finished eating to correct it, but her food was stone cold by then. I ordered off the 3 for 10.99 and the fries were a kids meal portion. I went to use the restroom before leaving and none of the hand towel dispensers worked, I ended up using my jeans. Makes me wonder if the employees wash their hands?! Don't know if we'll be back. It's sad being we were regulars.
I was here black Friday. I've never heard so much verbal abuse of employees in my life. The waitress was on her own and being yelled at my other employees to do better. Barking orders as she was very busy. Everyone dinning in could hear this and we felt horrible for her. Treat your hard working employees better! Won't be back.
The place was mostly empty, you would think the food would be hot and look fresh. Not in this Case... we ordered the fajitas for two trio plate, the shrimp ice cold, stake was like shoe leather and the chicken what you could find that is was cold. The veggies was all onion and two straps of peppers, the only thing hot was the shells. We will never go back and never recommend this place.
I’ve been to this location many times but this was my first trip since the covid pandemic. Things seemed pretty back to normal which was really refreshing. I ordered the Margarita Grilled Chicken off the guiltless grill menu and was surprisingly impressed. This was my first time ordering from this portion of the menu and I would recommend it to anyone! Service was great! Glad to see they’re starting to get busy again!
The poor waitress on her 2nd day was literally running from our tables to the kitchen and back out front. Every time she went back the bartender was yelling at her..all us us customers could hear it....get the food faster..people at front door u better seat them....she had so many tables and was doing amazing all alone and literally running at times...we wanted to go and tell the bartender to shut up ...we felt so bad for her...she needed help. Maybe the bartender should have stop bullying her and get her butt out front and help!! We told her she is doing great and someone needs to fire that big mouth bartender!!! Bartender needs to go!!
I know expenses keep growing but they removed chicken fajitas form the 3 for me combo. That was disappointing but everything was fabulous as usual! The fried pickles yum! Chicken enchilada soup & fajitas yummy yummy yummy
