I really enjoy Chili's with my family because it is something that even my daughter will eat without fussing the entire time. When we arrived here, there were two people waiting ahead of us. There were many open tables, yet apparently, the were short staffed. We were told a 15 minute wait. We showed up right in time though, because many people came in group by group. a 15 minute wait turned into a 25 minute wait. There were so many of us standing at the front waiting to be seated that people could not walk by. Most families had their young children as well. The hostesses told us we could sit in the lounge where the bar is. That's no place for children to be in my opinion. So, we decided to wait and be seated away from the alcohol. We were finally seated, and waited, and waited. Finally our waitress came over and only wanted to take our drink orders and she appeared to be annoyed that we were ready to order. Sorry? I was slightly annoyed with my daughter's portioning. 13 small fries on her plate with her crispy chicken fritters. I felt bad because my daughter was asking for french fries. So we shared ours with her. Our waitress was persistent on us using the kiosk to check out.  So much for getting refills on our drinks after eating spicy food. But please, feel free to rush us out even though the restaurant died out. Pretty sure I will just stay at the other Chili's for a while. Just a really over priced experience for far too long of a wait.

I dined at Chili's twice within a week's time.  First time I went on a Friday night, and service was slow, but our waitress was just as friendly as could be.  Problem was that I ordered a burger well done, and it came to me almost raw inside.  I sent it back to be cooked more, and again it came back almost the same way I first got it..  I was frustrated by this time, and mostly just ate my fries.  Then went back following week on a Saturday night, and my friend and I both got burgers.  He ordered his medium rare and specified
 no bacon--his came out well done with bacon.  He sent it back and said again medium rare with no bacon.  Came back a little bit better but again had bacon on it.  His onion rings were also very well done and dark, and he asked for fries instead.  I ordered a burger also, well done, and mine came out medium rare.  Sent it back and it wasn't cooked much better.  We had a very sweet waitress and she tried to make things right,  but it was to no avail.  She said they were short staffed in the kitchen, as well as short staffed with waitresses.   We ended up not getting charged for either of our meals that night.  Needless to say, I will not be going back to Chili's anytime soon.  The restaurant was also not very clean.

Given the plethora of restaurant choices available to me in Nashua, and especially right here on Amherst St., it's easy to overlook a chain like Chili's. I visited last night for the first time in years and was pleasantly surprised to be reminded how good it is. The house margaritas can't be best at just four bucks a piece Sunday and Monday nights, and the spicy shrimp tacos were excellent. A great value all around, and one I'll be taking advantage of again soon!

Food was delicious but I prefer my meal to be served hot.  Everything was barely warm. Who likes cool fries and chicken?  There were less than a dozen people dining so there should be no reason to let the food sit around so long before serving it. Waitress was friendly.

Tried the new curbside pickup.  Server was very friendly.  She came out to let me know that she knew I was there and that my order would be out shortly.  I had arrived a few minutes early.  My food was hot and she remembered to give me plasticware.  Only disappointment was the salad.  A good mix of different lettuces,  but all of the iceberg had started to wilt.  Overall a good experience and I would go again.
