Chez Albert offers you a true taste of France in downtown Amherst. We gather all of our produce from local farms for a fresh, delicate taste with unique entrees that feature ingredients such as ox tail and bone marrow that are different than much of what you may find at other restaurants. We're an authentic French bistro that keeps things simple and lets the robust flavors of our meals speak for themselves.
Our true French cuisine is brought to you by award winning chefs who have the passion of food and wine running through their blood. Since opening Chez Albert in 2005, we have won the award for the best French restaurant in the Pioneer Valley every year from 2006 to 2012. Some of our favorite menu items are the Beef Daube with potato Puree and au Jus, and the Chicken with Asparagus and Aligot Boulettes
Come visit us for lunch or dinner, or make a reservation for our pre-fix Sunday through Wednesday and choose you items for a three course meal. Chez Albert also has a full bar as well as seasonal patio with a great view of the University of Massachusetts campus.
