Bub's BBQ

Thanks, Bub! This restaurant is an excellent "dive." It's not fancy, but the prices are low, the food is hot and delicious, and you can go back for more of the sides. Both of us agreed we would go there again, given the chance. Overall, two thumbs up, way up, as they say.

They don't have menus for table - you read the chalkboard overhead and order at the counter register. A little overwhelming at first. I took a photo on my phone and went back to the table to ponder as it was my first time. There is a buffet and the BBQ and everything was tasty and cooked just right. It seems to be a college crowd but I was there with my 85 yr old grandmother and my parents who are 60 and they didn't seem to mind "the kids"- could have just been coincidence the night we were there. There is outdoor seating as well. You can start the buffet while waiting for your BBQ - arrive hungry!

Removed from the beaten trail. Good food really cheap if you consider the free side bar. Really cozy feeling inside. Mom and Pop style.

Food is awesome. Service is fast. You can eat inside or outside. They even have fried alligator tail on the menu. A favorite of mine that I haven't had since my last trip to Florida in 2007 Excellent food, friendly atmosphere, very clean. If you like BBQ, then give Bub's Barbeque a try. I love it.

The food is very good. Included is all-you-can-eat hot and cold bars. It can get crowded inside, but there are plenty of picnic tables outside if the weather is good.
