The wait in line took minutes. Checking in was very fast and they got us into a room asap. We didn't wait very long for the nurse and the whole process was very fast. Wonderful experience

The care is good, but the wait can be ridiculous. We were told to come at 9AM for a newborn follow-up jaundice check and by time we were seen my child was entering kindergarten.

Even though I chose this clinic simply for its location, it didn’t take long before I felt we had an excellent go-to place for our son’s pediatric care.
I was especially very happy with Dr. Pflaster because he honestly became like a second parent. His voice was one of wisdom, insight, assurance, direction and good advice based on his many years of experience. I can’t even tell you how many times he shed some light on all my new-mom questions!!! I tend to lean towards the ‘crunchy’ side of nurturing, even still Pflaster always listened + I felt my voice to be completely heard & respected.
I consider our family very blessed to partner with him through PIP and have them oversee the health of our firstborn! If Pflaster is ever not available, the other docs do an excellent job as well! Our wait time is always short and they get you right in!
Lastly, I remember being impressed with their waiting room specifically just for newborns and infants, as to give them an added layer of protection during those sensitive first months!!!

Best clinic I have been to. I really enjoy all the doctors and the care they have for children.

We needed to take our kids to urgent care and heard that the reviews are good so we were hoping for the same. Yes, the sevice at the front desk is alright and we didnt have to wait that long for our turn. However, whoever the doctor/provider was that serve us in that room for our kid's service was bad. He didn't introduce himself, and it seemed that he wants to end things quick. I even asked him to give me a doctor's note and he just left the room without saying anything and we waited in there close to 10 mins and no one shows up telling us if we are done. It made me wonder, if he is being racist? We are not going back there.
