Chickpeas is Ottawa’s first, and only falafel and hummus eatery that uses purely 100% organic chickpeas – with no exceptions. We pride ourselves on being as “local as we can be”, as well as offering an unexpectedly exotic vegan menu.
Chickpeas specializes in serving a variety of delicious, and unique falafel, and hummus options. All of our dishes are based on the most traditional of recipes, but with our own modern twists. – Try our kiwi hummus if you need proof.

Chickpeas is fully owned and operated by the three amazing Abdallah’s; Walid, Khaled, and Omer. They dreamt of creating a restaurant that was deliciously different, and that focuses on quality that will never be sacrificed.
