Only a one star since it does not let you rate 0 stars. TERRIBLE customer service at this location. They treat customers like they are stupid. Went in to get 2 blizzards as I had a BOGO birthday blizzard coupon in my app. I activated it while in the drive thruyou have 15 mins to use it And when I approached the window the gentleman was having troubles inputting it so he got one or the ladies to help and she was accusing me of using a fake coupon, that I already used it and it was expired. Even tho you could see it was not and it was directly on their app. I was then told to leave bc my coupon was not real. My coupon is now expired for real since they refused to use it. And I was treated horrible. This isn’t the first time I have had issues with this location. Safe to say I won’t be returning. Sad since this is the location closest to us.

Update: 3 years later, and a very disappointing experience this time : This time I ordered a brownie Blizzard cake online for pickup at the McArthur Avenue location. I clearly indicated in the notes what I would like to have written on the cake a simple birthday wish, and I asked that they include a small dog image. I even called the store to confirm the pickup time, and I was told my cake would be ready on time. When I arrived on my birthday, the cake was totally plain, no "Happy birthday" written on it, and no dog image. The woman behind the counter told me I was out of luck on the dog image no explanation given for why it wasn't possible, or why they had not called me, and she grudgingly wrote Happy Bithday on the cake in gel icing. The cake was for me, and my daughter had requested the dog image. The disappointment and negative service were very disappointing, and a total contrast to the positive experience I had with a decorated ice cream cake I ordered there a few years ago my old review, from that experience, is below this one. If the store doesn't think a requested image will work against the background of an ordered cake for some reason, they should call the customer to explain and preferably offer a different solution, so that the customer is not surprised and disappointed when they arrive and find that they're not getting what they ordered. I am so disappointed, and won't be ordering anyone's birthday cake at this location any more. My review from a few years ago, a much better experience with different staff: I ordered my daughter's birthday cake from this location and the service exceeded my expectations. As a rule, the staff are very nice we visit a few times per year, and this time was no exception. I stopped in to order the cake and I was given some books with ideas for images they could top the cake with, and when I couldn't find the right image, the employee let me use his phone to search for an appropriate image as my own phone needed charging. I selected an image, and when I picked up the cake several days later, they had done a nice job with the image on the cake see photo. Very nice service all around, and the cake was well enjoyed by all party-goers.

This place is dirty. The staff were clearly over worked. They were trying to be friendly and were to me but it was clear the teens were trying their last patience.Food: 3/5

Terrible customer service. I got the wrong item they would not return my money. They claimed I received it but I did not. They charge extra for a blizzard cake but it barely had any toppings inside. I will not go back to this location.

Best ice cream cake you can eat ever .Also triple chocolate brownies is great . Good place for plenty of treats .

It is just awful. Very dirty outside, looks like no one ever tried to take care of all these garbage. I have used coupon for two double cheese menu and got two super unpalatable burgers. The cutlet tasted like rubber with fat, which also stood out of the refrigerator for a couple of days Never ever will go here to eat fast food.

I will keep coming here because ice cream but it's really not a nice looking place. It always looks dirty, the drive through menu looks very rough, and isn't always even lit up. The sign isn't turned on half the time either. It seriously needs some love and cleaning

This place is DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY … outside and inside …. just grimy looks like nothing has been wiped down ever …. I can’t imagine how GROSS the kitchen must be if the the customer areas are that dirty …. appears to have random family members living in the kitchen or at least walking around like they live there…. Random ppl in and out of kitchen …. Do not recommend this Dairy Queen …. thumbs down

We stopped for a cone as a Saturday treat me and the wife. The service was slow but the cone was nice. We used to know the old owners they were real nice but these people we don't know. Treats are good but costly like all things enjoy.
