I came to get $10 worth of gas a few weeks ago. The employee took my $10 while I was in my car and said "usually you have to go inside to pay but I'll take care of you." I said thank you, he puts the pump in my gas tank and I drive away several minutes later. It's not until I'm on the road that I realize that I've gotten no gas. This employee pocketed my money and gave me no gas. Don't employ petty thieves and all around garbage people.

Pulled up for gas. They had one person on duty for the pumps. There were cars at each of the 8 gas pumps, and more cars filling the lot behind us waiting for gas. That one employee walked past me several times in a span of about 3 minutes of me sitting there, then started washing another vehicle's windows who was already being filled. Finally I got out and ran my card, and an employee from inside the store came out to assist and pump my gas. He started to apologize for the other employee. I told him that the other employee should be focused on pumping gas rather than washing windows when it's this busy. The employee pumping my gas told me that it's their job to do it, and if I have a problem with it, I can take my business elsewhere. He then proceeded to hang up the pump while my tank was only 1/4 filled, handed my receipt, and told me to have a nice day. Apparently, if you express an opinion at this station, they will refuse you service and send you to their competitors. Extremely unprofessional.

If I could give no stars that what I would give! If I asked for a certain amount of gas I expect that amount I don't expect you to go over and then say "oh my bad" then to have them charge me for filling my tank if I didn't have the money the bank would have then charged me a fee. Mangers and district managers were pointless they never responded to me and so I doing the review to let you know if you don't have cash be aware of them putting in more then you ask for.

One star I guess will have to do even though they shouldn't even get that. Do not stop at this pump, horrible customer service and if you do go here make sure to pay with cash. If you pay with your card, and even ask for a CLEAR as can be amount but they still ruin your card for something else and say "oops" and they will do nothing about it to fix it.

Had a problem when I went in with amount of gas pumped. Ryan called and apologized for misunderstanding. This station is convinient for me. I appreciated Ryans concerns and him taking the time to call. Gave me coffee and service has been great. This is the only gas station I will go to in Beaverton. Thank you Ryan
