Petro-Canada

Stopped at this Petro-Canada recently and the service was honestly very disappointing. One employee, Gurleen, spent most of the time on her phone or sitting in the kiosk while multiple cars were waiting. She seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and had a very rude, dismissive attitude the entire time. Customer service felt like an inconvenience to her rather than part of the job. A more professional and respectful approach would make a huge difference.

Disappointed with my experience at Petro-Canada yesterday.I clearly asked for 91 fuel, but the attendant, Sadeev, started pumping regular 87 instead. I had to stop and correct the mistake myself. Although it was switched afterward, this kind of error is not acceptable, especially when customers are specific about fuel type.I’ve also noticed that another customer have mentioned experiencing the same issue before as she put 87 instead of 91.No hate but the attendant must be conscious and should hear properly.

Absolutely unacceptable service.nnOn May 4 around 6:30 PM, I clearly requested $40 of regular fuel. The attendant was on a Bluetooth phone call and not paying attention. Instead of stopping at $40, she continued filling until it reached $64.26, and I had to stop her myself.nnWhen I pointed out the mistake, she was rude and dismissive and insisted I had asked for a full tank, which is not true.nnThis is extremely unprofessional for a full-service gas station. Customers should not have to monitor the pump because staff are distracted.nnI would not recommend this location based on this experience.

This is the best place for gas, I have never had to step out to fill. The prices are better than the rest and the people working there are incredible very attentive they even take the payment from you in the driver seat.nnThey have a car wash as wellnnOmg I never go anywhere else. Thanks you for your incredible service

No vacuum on site even though you get a free vacuum with a car wash. Better go to other Petro station to do car wash and vacuum att he same time. I don't know why they removed the vacuum machines.
