Great place. The owner is very smart, friendly, and helpful. I had a failed PC and I know how to diagnose it but I don't have the shop or parts to do it myself so I took it here. He was very happy to help, did a good job and it was less than I expected.
Mr. Cheng is a genius and his prices are beyond fair. We have been there about 4 times so far and he has always perfectly repaired or when the red wine incident occurred sold us a replacement for a fabulous deal. I recommend Chengtech Computers to everyone! Great hours too!
I've been consistently going to Chengtech for any technology problems for the last few years and I'm never disappointed. Extremely trustworthy in both service and pricing. I've moved away from Burlington but I still make the effort to come here for any problems instead.
By far the best place to go in Burlington for service and deals. This guy knows his stuff and is fast and very reliable every time.
