COVID-19 procedures are well maintained. There’s a lot of staff outside the store helping people. There are three individual line-ups for different use: 1. Reservation and appointment check-in. 2. Walk-in for shopping 3. Order pick-ups.
I would definitely not recommend selecting this place as pick up location for your order. They gave wrong package costed me $150 and refusal to any sort of compensation or customer care. Had to call 1800 number they happily agreed to compensate me for this store’s screw up. Very rude team leader employee.
Just got my phone repaired today and the employees in the mall and Apple were terrific . Maintained excellent safety protocols . Well done!
