Favorite Chinese takeout restaurant in Minneapolis! My family’s been coming to this place since I was a kid, and I know for sure my parents have gotten the chicken wings with fried rice here since before I was born. That’s still their favorite dish today. And Cheng’s serving sizes???? PACKED. They do not skimp out on fried rice or white rice for their dishes. Swear one order of chicken wings with fried rice can feed 2-3 people. Came here on Christmas too and the staff were working as fast as they could to get the orders out. Love this place.

I usually don't leave reviews but this was so bad that I had to. The shrimp fried rice had no vegetables at all like carrots, onions, or peas. It was literally all rice and maybe six little pieces of shrimp in it. The sweet and sour chicken had an even tinier piece of shrimp inside the mountain of nast breading. Egg noodle soup was okay. I would definitely not recommend. I hope if you see this at the store level you take it as a way to improve and not just a complaint because the food was terrible. Have some pride or don't be in business. Hope you improve...

Best Chinese takeout I’ve ever had and my new go-to. Got the sesame chicken and cream cheese wontons—both were sooo yummy!

Food has always been good but the customer service in person has gone down the drain. Drove there to place an order stood there for 5 mins with no line with no one acknowledging me. Ok no problem busy I get it. Then a woman makes eye contact with me and comes outside of the booth to grab something from the freezer and still no acknowledgement. There’s a woman sitting on a phone but she’s not taking orders. How do I know that you ask. Because I call the restaurant and place and order right then and there and she doesn’t answer the phone someone from the kitchen does. Alright my food is gonna be ready in 10 mins great because I’m starving. I let 15 mins pass before I enter the restaurant because hey it’s a Saturday night and I work in food service I get it. Get in there and I’m once again standing waiting to be acknowledged. At this point I’m upset. The customers who were dining in are now leaving it’s just me and the employees. I attempt to get their attention nothing. Finally by raising my voice and asking if I can have my food I see the woman who I made eye contact with earlier say something to the other cooks they are all still standing in the kitchen. After a couple of minutes one comes over and gets my order together. Like seriously I’ve live in the neighborhood and supported this business for years. Hopefully this is a one off and I’ll try again but if this happens I’ll take my business elsewhere.

My friends ordered short rib, fried rice, fried chicken must haves.. I will definitely be back!

Big price increase lately. $19 for a dinner combo and a couple spring rolls

Ordered some beef lo mein and it was so good. The food was so flavorful, I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Ordered online for delivery and I'm happy! Got the general tso lunch special and small wonton soup. The chicken is lightly breaded and the sauce is sweet with the tiniest hint of spice which is good for my white husband . And the wonton soup was stuffed with wontons! Definitely ordering again for lunch, it's a good price.

The food is good and they have an easy to use website. Only one minor thing, I ordered the sugar donuts for my daughter and she said they tasted like they were cooked in the same oil as the other food.

Delicious quality food! I ordered Beef with mushrooms the other day and I could taste the quality in every bite! Recommend 10/10
