Rude nasty women. Unbelievable. Bad experience more than once. For no reason. I kept telling myself that they just had a bad day. But it’s just all the time. Surprised their doors are still open. Good things but I will never be back. Finally had enough.
Please update your website hours! When you are not opened, please indicate this to customers. Also, same with the Shoe Muse website. There is no reason to say that you're opened!
Can you change your availability to closed. we checked on Google it says open when we come it is closed. which is not nice.

Barb was attentive and persistent in searching for an appropriate pair of shoes for me. Since my feet are long but narrow, finding a good fit is difficult. Barb was pleasant to talk to, and her perseverance is much appreciated.
