Browns Shoes

I had a great shopping experience. Lots of varieties, prices are high, but they are of excellent quality. They have lots of customer service personnel, and they are respectful, full of smiles, and knowledgeable.

Usually service at Brown’s is a hit or miss but my latest visit was a hit! I actually went in a few days earlier but they didn’t have my size in a certain shoe. They ordered 2 sizes for me and once they came in I went to try one pair on. The other had not arrived yet. The associates have been quite helpful as of late and I haven’t been disappointed. Thanks team!

They have a better collection of shoes/boots. I bought a pair of UGG boots. The salesman was friendly and helpful. Also they try to sell you smartwhich isn’t a complaint They didn’t have the exact color and size which I needed, so they arranged to get delivered to my home for free. And the package came within 2 days through FedEx. The whole experience was good at Browns.

This is the first time I've been sold a display at a store. You'll see that the right shoe is more worn out than the left. It's disappointing as I paid the full price. Got these a week ago and really just noticed the difference when I've worn it.

One of their sales attendant looked at me from head to toe, and decided to ignore me. I'm pretty sure everyone reading this can understand what her attitude meant. I think it was because I was wearing something simple, but presentable. I hope I don't see her there everytime I go.

My experience at this Browns was spectacular to say the least. Came to shop for Blundstone and was assisted by one of the girls who explained the difference between models. After deciding on a winter version with sheep sole it turned out they didn't have my size. I was advised to get order it through the store and get this shipped directly to my home from head office. I received the shoes about a week and a half after order was placed, however the sheep sole was missing from the package. I called the number on the invoice and was told that the warehouse is out of them. So I did call the store and a girl by name Emily went out of her way locating the sole, and shipped it to my house. They came with FedEx in 2 days. I would recommend this store to anyone to shop for high quality shoes and amazing service!

The staff at Chinook are more knowledgeable than the staff at any other location. The customer service we received from Lucas and Emily was fantastic. They are definitely an asset to this location.

Gordon Conrad gave my wife and I an unbelievable experience! I was going to pay $250.00 for new blundstone’s and he showed us how to take care of our used blundstone’s and they are now good as new! He saved us a bunch of money and was knowledgeable about all the product in the store. Highly recommend seeking him out of you are in the store!

I went in the store today with my daughter to buy her a pair of boots. We drove in 1 hour out of town. My daughter has a medical mask exemption. One of the salesman greeted us at the door and asked her to put a mask on. We advised him kindly that she passes out when she wears a mask and that can be dangerous as she can hit her head. I offered to show him the exemption signed by the doctor. He told us it didn't matter she at least needs to hold a mask with her hand in front of her nose and mouth in order to remain in the store. How does that have anything to do with your health? Are they just forcing masks for show? And what makes a salesman more qualified then a doctor to order my child to do something that is unsafe to her just so she can buy a pair of boots? Would Browns take liability if she were to faint and hit her head? I bought 90% of my footware at Browns in the past. I will never go back they do not deserve our support. Every single other store in the mall accepted her medical exemption.

Went to Browns looking for a pair of winter boots and was helped by Armin, who provided such a wonderful service and went above and beyond to help me out. He was a true professional sharing tips on how to care for certain types of material on the shoe I ended picking up. Had such a pleasant shopping experience with his help
