Well hidden place in Ottawa. Not at all crowded. Well accessible to bike path. It has a small park and chairs and benches to hang around. Very peaceful and will be an ideal place for nice evening walk.
Very nice falls. It is best to see during spring time especially when it is raining. Beautiful view of sunset.
Upon entering there are pillars with historical information to get you started. Then take a seat by one of the fires before making your way to the fantastic music and light show presentation free by Ottawa 2017, created by Moment Factory. Park by the Canadian War Museum, for free.
Really awesome and is currently being improved with lots of construction.
I was here on 10/8/17 for the illumination of the Chaudiere Falls. Free event going on until November 5th. The illumination consists of a combination of sounds and a great show of lights projected on the waterfalls. The most convenient way to get there is to leave your car parked by the Canadian War Museum. Then, it's 20 minutes walk from there to Chaudiere Falls. Enjoy!!!
Nice ! Love to come here to walk around at night with the lights and water! In summer it's great to come here at sunset. Sometimes it's really beautiful!

It's definitely something to see. There's a lookout just near the Eddy street bridge.
Terrific new public viewing spot. Let's hope it stays open!
The sound of waterfall is so relaxing.
