If you're in the area looking for BBT this chatime is a must! By the time I finished paying, my order was done. 2 drinks. Paid for and then ready... That's all I have to say, literally fast service is best when you also get fresh tapioca and the milk tea is fresh. Amazing work guys!

This location is clean and fairly fast but inconsistent. Sometimes the slush is very chunky, pearls are hit or miss here and in general the Chatime franchise doesn't have the best quality drinks. Service is friendly.

Decent place for a quick drink stop. However the place could use some cleaning as we saw numerous flies, and spilled drink stains on the tables. The chocolate flavor was highly simulated. The employees were super helpful and respectful!

The location has quick service but the quality of the drinks don’t seem consistent. The tea tastes different every time and it also tastes very different from what I think it should be. That being said the service staff are very friendly

I've been to almost all the Chatime locations in the GTA and this one is the closest one to me. I'm able to order online and pick it up, but even when I walk in, there normally isn't a long line up 2-3 people at most. Out of all the Chatime locations I've been to, this is one of the locations that have more staff working I think? and so you get your drink a lot faster and the order process is much quicker. One complaint that I do have and it may not be exclusive to this location is that I normally order a hot drink and they seal it like a regular drink and provide me with a straw. Having thin plastic so close to my super hot drink too hot to even drink through a straw really doesn't seem like the best idea. I remember Chatime offering coffee lids for hot drinks instead of the seal, but did they get rid of that? Parking: Parking is very simple - it shares the parking lot with other stores and restaurants, but you can easily find parking here on a normal day. Dietary restrictions: They offer oat milk alternatives if you're allergic to dairy/lactose. They also have a wide range of dairy- and lactose-free drinks on the menu, like non-milk teas or slushes!

Wait times here are ridiculous. Ive been here multiple times and have always ended up waiting forty five minutes for a pearl milk tea. And the drink always ends up being mediocre with the tapioca being really hard. I would recommend sun tea on 16th ave instead. It’s 2 minutes away and has very quick service. Plus the drink taste great.

So sad to see Kimberly go, she told me it was her last shift last night. She is honestly the epitome of great customer service; my visually impaired brother told me she translated the entire menu into braille for him and now she's the only one who learned sign language to communicate with me!. This Chatime will never be the same without her

Went there today no longer serves Sago at this location - they didn't say. Got the tapioca it's hard and tastes horrible. Saw cashier drop a few new cups on the floor, instead of throwing them out rinsed the outside with water to be used for drinks. Found that to be unsanitary. Won't be visiting this location again.

Pretty good Chatime location, they have decent service speed drinks are served relatively quickly and they’re able to keep the line moving. The staff here are very friendly and are very knowledge able about their bubble tea/boba drinks. It can be hard to find a seat during the peak hours as it’s usually swarmed with groups of teenagers. But during the off peak hours this place could be a cozy spot to bring a date for a quick drink. The atmosphere here is nice. They have really modernized chairs and tables with a really unique wall as a backdrop. Would come again but most likely to take my drink to-go.

Previously, I've had some pretty subpar experiences at this location. Typically, I find it to be extremely busy, which causes the staff to struggle to keep up and are a little dismissive as a result. My most recent visit was the most redeeming of recent memory as the staff at the register, Vivienne I believe, was very kind and helpful. I ordered a Matcha Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jelly, as well as a crème brulée macaron by their recommendation, and was pleasantly surprised by the latter! Can hope that the quality of service stays at this level going forward.
