Chatime Innovation Bar

Food - I vastly prefer this Chatime to the regular chatime. They have unique toppings and drinks you can't get at any other Chatime. Plus they do have some of your standard flavor. I got the triple drink, which allowed me to try 3 of their top flavor and i enjoyed it. Service - Quick and friendly. Can't ask for more. Location and Ambience- It is inside Yorkdale, on your way to the subway line. It's a small shop, so you can't stay inside really. Bright and clean. I would recommend if you love bubble tea.

The service and organization needs a bit of improvement. This Chatime is part of their Innovation Bar stores, so there's lots of their specialty experimental items. The staff are very knowledgeable of the specialty items and make sure to explain them to you if you're unclear. Beverages taste consistent with other Chatime locations that I've visited before. I appreciate they offer Sago as a topping here. They offer hot and cold beverages which are good. I love the Passionfruit Glow which they have! However, the service could be slightly more improved. While I was there, maybe someone was on break but.. there was constantly 5 people in front of us with 6-7 people behind us waiting to get served. The staff had two people for intake orders, but 1 staff creating the beverage and 1 to service/finish up. That doesn't make sense at all and causes a bit of an over crowdedness inside the store unit which isn't that big. If you're not in any hurry, I suppose the wait could be worth it. But if you're not, just go for Tim Hortons and skip this location.

We were excited to try out their “special” menu at this location. Tbh, I am disappointed! Tokyo-Matsu Matcha Latte tasted average, like any other bubble tea store. but I tasted clamps and clamps of matcha powder in the drink, which I don’t think it’s acceptable for a cup of drink costing around $7 dollars. And Blue Sakura tasted like chemical, perfume chemical.

The service here is great and I love the interior design. However, I ordered the Thai milk tea which is available at all Chatime locations now anyway and it tasted.. for lack of a better word, weird. It was overly sweet despite not using 100% sugar and for some reason, I had a feeling the drink came from powder. It was really artificial. The grass jelly was also not well-made; it was very mushy and had an unappetizing texture in my mouth. If you want to get a Thai milk tea, just get it at the regular Chatime locations since they're much better

Quite empty store for a morning Saturday. Was told they don't have a pearl milk tea and recommended the golden something drink. It looks fancy on the menu with orange pearl and most important their special so I pay more than an average bubble tea. I got the drink, it looks as same as an ordinary pearl milk tea, the milk tea taste the same. And the pearl not even close as shown on the menu. The pearl taste like it cooks the day before. Throw it away after got it to half way. Horrible Chattime franchise.

Everytime I come to Yorkdale or around the area this bubble tea shop is always my go to spot. I never really had problems with the service and drinks. But as I visited today due to how loud it was and how I was looking at the menu to figure out what other drinks to grab for my family members the lady in the front of cash yells for me. Which at first I was taken aback but I realized I might’ve not heard what they had said the first few times. As I ordered my drink I paid and I mentioned I didn’t want a receipt, and as I walk away they calls out to me saying about the receipt and I shake my head not really understanding what she said and she asked her pardon and she looks at me and starts to yell that they haven’t given me my order number. I walk back and take it in disbelief as I await my drinks. I’m a student that’s worked at a bubble tea shop as well and as loud and stressful as it gets. I’ve never really had a reason to tell or give out the same attitude as she gave me. Overall the drinks were good and my family likes them, but leaving this location disappointed.

My teen daughter fo love this store for a specific unique drink hardly any other bubble tea places do sell. Quick customer service but some of the young staff, can be rather impatient if you are new.

Very disappointed with Chattime, somewhat they call Atealier now. The drink is WORST than OG chattime, with an increased in price. The cup also LEAKS? come on... I think chatime is no more the popular brand in drinks. I rather go to the Tim hortons on the right side. Sorry, I think Coco serious wins the show now.

They did not have QQ juice but the London Fog was delicious. We got it with brown sugar pearls. The cups themselves are really nice, and we watched the gentleman who handed us the drinks meticulously wipe off everyones drink before handing them off. That's a nice touch!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while! My friend got the Purple Reign and it was gorgeous. I’m a Type 1 diabetic and wasn’t sure if anything in the shop was suitable for me besides water lol. The girl who worked there, Mimi, was super nice and helped to answer all of my many questions about the sweetness levels of each drink. I went with something that she recommended some kind of roasted black tea with oat milk? that I was able to handle. I really liked it!! Surprisingly, a lot of food places don’t have patience when it comes to dealing with people with my condition. Mimi was very lovely and considerate of me, so I’m really grateful!
