Amazing tasty bubble tea. Very refreshing. Staffs are always friendly. Once they made a mistake in the order but then once brought to their attention, they apologized and corrected it immediately. 100% recommend this place for bubble tea.

Edit: I returned to collect my complimentary passion fruit slush and I have to say I was very impressed from the moment I walked in! They were super friendly and welcoming. The slush was so refreshing with the lime slices! It was delicious and I’d definitely go back on another hot day to get that drink specifically. Beyond cute bubble tea place. The decor is so fun and very Instagramable. There were so many options and we asked the lady behind the counter but she appeared really busy and didn’t seem to have any time/interest to help. I ordered the mango passion fruit slush but didn’t really taste any passion fruit. I added the popping boba and I think she said it had passion fruit in it but still no taste of that. It also came with fresh mango pieces which was really tasty. I felt like they really took the time to make the drinks carefully which I appreciated. I’d come back again more often but they unfortunately don’t have a loyalty program

A great place for your bubble tea! The owners are 100% ma and pa shop. The wife designed the menu and the husband designed the shop decor. They are a wonderful couple. They are very welcoming and thankful that you visit. The flavour selection is great offering milk or milk alternatives oat, almond, coconut. The service is awesome, they will even walk out to the door to deliver with a tray if you want to wait outside. The decor is amazing! Very bright and colourful! Very instaramable! 10/10 would visit again for a sweet treat!

Everything here is supper cute!! Due to the pandemic they don’t have seats but employee would still bring your drinks out to you instead of pickup yourself. My favourite drink is pina colada and not many bubble tea place has this. Love this place!!

This place has such a fun atmosphere. Its decorated, vibrant, and colourful. Love the versatile drink menu. There is bubble tea as well as smoothies with so many flavours to choose from. Staff is so sweet and cheerful. This little place is a gem!!

This place was so good, I went every day for a week. I tried the fruit tea flavours and all of them were amazing grapefruit was my favourite - personally I do no added sugar, so I'm happy that option was available and they also offer different dairy substitutions for the other drinks. The owners were very helpful with choosing flavour combinations. It's a family owned business - the store decor was designed and created by the owners, including the menu. It had such a cute and fun theme. They were so welcoming and nice. Will definitely be coming back!

everything here is super bright and fun! the staff are extremely friendly too. they hand you your drinks on trays and remember your name : their drinks are also gorgeous to look at and taste amazing. 9999999/10 would definitely come back when im in the area!! <3

My favourite bubble tea place by far! I love bubble tea and with so many options around Eglinton, Sweet Shady Shack is always my first choice. It’s run by a very sweet family, it always cheers me up on a hard day. Dietary restrictions: Great options for dairy free

I loved their pina colada smoothie but my friend found it very sweet. I’m not sure if the drinks are customizable but it’s definitely worth a visit especially because of their cute deco.

Awesome place! The owner handcrafted the the entire decorations. Love the neon changing lights with the upbeat decors. Feel like a kid again. The owners were so nice and accommodating even got pins souvenirs. The drinks are delicious with cute cup. Best bbt shop in town :
