Dessert Dynasty

I had no idea what a bubble waffle was, but decided to give it a try. It was absolutely wonderful! Loved the texture and everything. And the bubble tea was on point! Will definitely be back!

Hidden spot in Metrotown, however I would always go to Dessert Dynasty for bubble tea and bubble waffle, despite other bubble tea restaurants available more accessible. Their bubble waffles are so soft and chewy on the inside that it is the best bubble waffle I have ever tried, even if it's a plain original flavour! Highly recommend

It's about what you'd expect from a mall counter. Bubble tea is just okay although their pearls are actually done quite well, bubble waffles are good I loved the red bean waffle. The service is a little disorganized.

Drink was made promptly but taste was average. The kitchen area looks messy and could use a clean up to make their shop more appealing

It's an ok place to get Asian desserts..bubble tea , waffle etc..this place has lots of potential..

Worst milk tea I ever had. Oolong tea tastes awful and its ice tastes funny. What a waste of $6
