Chase Bank

Been with Chase for a couple years. Any problems I've had were immediately taken care of. Great service and tellers

I have been with Chase bank for over 10 years and for the most part I have had a pleasant experience however everytime I come to the Amherst branch my experience is a nightmare. I have tried now 5 times which I believe to be more than enough chances. Each experience ended terrible due to technical issues. My last and final experience with this branch was when I attempted to deposit cash into my account through the drive thru ATM. The ATM took my money and gave me a receipt saying their experiencing technical difficulties. The money was not in my account and the ATM didn't give it back. So naturally I go inside to try and clear up this mix up. I waited an hour for a banker to tell me to call a dispute number which has still left me without my cash. I am beyond frustrated and am at a loss as how to get my money back. I will drive out of my way to avoid this branch office.

Great employees, I go out of my way just to go to this specific branch. Everyone is very nice and knowlegable. Definately would reccomend

Worts bank ever. Don't Oppen a bank account on chase worst in everything
