Chase Bank

As much as I love waiting around for an hour just to money in bank account they were supposed to close 2 weeks again and didn’t, they need more activities. I don’t know what , maybe tv , crosswords, coloring books?? Very boring wait. Seriously though , don’t use chase and especially not this branch!

I've been a Chase/Bank One customer for 20 years and I can't wait to leave this bank. This branch in particular has poor customer service and I always feel frustrated leaving this location and dealing with Chase in general.

I write for all those 100,000s people that use this bank everyday and that don't have time to write a review. This place is professional and clean been using this bank since high school with no problems whatsoever.

Worst experience ever, I open account there with the idea that with a big bank transactions will be faster. Guess what they have a 90 day policy that makes your check deposit to be on hold for 12 days ; insane . Will never ever deal with these guys. I even talk to the manager, Rose Pamer totally worthless.
