Small, never enough clean towels, and never see employees actually cleaning the equipment. Not much concern for their customers besides charging your credit card. Use your money towards a gym with more integrity. There are many more gyms in the area that are considerably more worth while than this one. Don't waste your money, use that 7 day free trial and never come back.

The staff has always been very nice, however it's filthy. Half the equipment doesn't work paint peeling,the white towels have a yellow tinge to them, they used to be white! and it smells bad. I only go there because it's close and it's inexpensive. They won't let you use the wifi unless you pay an extra 20 bucks a month which is ridiculous! It used to be cleaner ,over the past year it's gone downhill.

Dated gym with an underlying stench of old musty sweat. Not sure who thought carpet in a gym was a good idea - just nasty! Always kinda hot and humid as they don't turn the air on to compensate for working out, and usually have to ask to get the ceiling fans turned on. Equipment is old and really starting to show it. Treadmills don't look like they've ever been wiped down besides where the clients wipe them down. Check out the standing area by the belts - disgusting! Over half the time the televisions aren't working on the treadmills either. I know parking is out of their control, but there really isn't adequate parking even for a small gym. Overall, not sure just $10 a month plus an extra $50 every year is even worth it! Feel like I should be getting more for my money. Won't be renewing my contract.

Was only here for the summer, but worked out in the mornings while I was around. Frankie and the entire staff are extremely friendly! So are the the other gym-goers. If I was more social I know I would have had great convos with regulars like Mike. Also with going in the morning it was never too busy to where you were not able to get on a machine at all during your workout. Great place, great staff, great people. Well done Frankie

Joined the gym 4 months ago. Was told I could use the training room when there was no class going on. Try to go I there today was stopped by the girl trainer not to go in there. Said it was used only personal training class. I told her that I informed when signing up that I could use it. Now I know why she woould give me a glare when I would go in there. I later called talked to guy named frankie he told me that I the old manager misinformed a lot of people. I really don't know what the big deal is. It's not like they clean up after me or I go in there while they are having class. To me its breach of contract. To be told one thing when signed up and then 4 month later change it. Plus not to friendly here. Bathrooms are disgusting like people have said.

went in canceled membership after 1 year and was told no more payments would be taken out of my bank account. guess what? looked at my bank statement and another payment. called and was told you pay for month before. then why do you pay when you start. should be able to use it for a month then pay at that rate. now hopefully they don't take out annual fee. extra money in someones pocket!!! not even a offer to credit it back.

What a joke. Cancelled my memberhsip nearly 2 months ago after my year was up. Here is it May 5th and they are still trying to charge my credit card. Join a different gym. It's amazing this place is still in business.

Gym is absolute garbage. Smells terrible and bathrooms are disgusting with barely any parking. took random charges out of my account without permission place doesn't even deserve 1 star.. also they steal money out of your pocket check your statements!!

If you read the contract this place has you sign, they practically own you. Well heck I signed it 10 months ago and my annual automatic renewal is coming up this July '14, then I saw the "NO GUNS" sign posted at the entrance. Well that's it that's the last straw, f**k them and all their bullsh*t rules and regulations they are not going to impose that one on me too. I cancelled my membership.

Charter is a good gym with very budget friendly pricing. There are trainers available for a fee, but they do not offer any classes i.e. cycling or yoga
