I was at the Snap Down the street and it has changed just as Cardinal Fitness has changed. Cardinal Fitness has new Management the Staff are very helpful the Equipment is kept in very good condition the facility is clean the Staff clean the Equipment and the Heat cooling vents the only thing you will see is lint from the cloth towels used to wipe and clean equipment. No Paper Towel. and the Members are friendly here. I am glad I moved to Cardinal from Snap. Snap has Management problems. I am not the only one who has moved to Cardinal due to the Snap Management .Things change over the years.

Really pathetic gym. I've been going to this location for the past year. I decided I wanted to get better with my posture and better my strength and conditioning. I decided to give the personal trainer a chance... Big mistake!!! A so called trainer, more like a gym rat, charged me $300 for 10 sessions. The first 2 sessions were decent, or so I thought. After the second session Brandon trainer decides to reschedule the appointment, I guess it was ok but guess what? He decided to miss every appointment we had or tried rescheduling. I decide to complain and get my money back. Good luck!!! The manager seemed nice at first when I told her the situation, but the more I tried getting my money back, the more she tried persuading me to go with another trainer. No!! I want my money back, she said they don't do refunds and that I should either pick a different trainer or deal with losing my money!!! Definitely canceling my membership at this crappy location going to Xport for good.

I was going here since a little after it opened. Love how it's so close to home and has everything I need to get in a great workout. BUT now that there is a group of children running the entire thing, ALL quality has been drained from the gym. Most of the managers are 16-18yr old spoiled kids who have NO idea how to even do a proper load of laundry or vacuum, let alone take care of any issues. I transferred to the Snap down the street and I'm much happier. It's really sad that the franchise does not properly screen manager positions to people who are more responsible and actually deserve to be called a manager. I've heard from a lot of friends who still go there that it's only still getting worse too. Really sad as this used to be my favorite gym.

I've been going to this club for a few years. The staff are all very genuine and friendly. I've worked with a trainer there before and he was awesome, really knowledgeable. Recently they've added in some new/more equipment, which is great!! Really love this club

I travel for work and visit many gyms. For the price this club is unbeatable. Clean friendly gym with a variety of equipment. The employees are helpful and friendly. Good gym-

Machines always broken. The window shades are missing - the ones they do have you still get blinded by the sun. Workers aren't very friendly. BUT I guess it is only $10/ month sooo..

Mid sized gym with the right equipment to get work done , two squat racks which is nice , equipment is always clean , Staff is always friendly .

Recent upgrades to treadmills is encouraging. Still to many light bulbs burnt out and the temperature swings to the warm side a little too often.

Lots of machines, the gym is very clean, and the staff is helpful. Good place to work out.

I DON'T LIKE NOW IS REALLY DUST ALL OVER THEY DON'T CLEANING LIKE BEFORE THE AIR FANS IS REALLY DUSTY PLUS THE LADIES BATHROOM.IS NICE PEOPLE BUT NOT CLEANING SORRY ABOUT MY COMMENTS BUT IS THE TRUTH.
