Charismatic Cakes by Jenn

We've only come for a tasting so far but are SO pleased with everything. Jenn has already made this an amazing experience and was already going above and beyond within our first meeting. I appreciated the fact that we were 10 minutes early for our appointment and she already had every detail ready for us to go over and sample and was completely prepared. She spend time with us and was very considerate and concerned about making sure everything was perfect for our special day, even discussing the size of our cake topper and how big or small the cake should be to make sure that everything looked proportionate and perfect for us. The products were all amazing and SO filling! Jenn is so wonderful and easy to communicate with compared to other places that I contacted, who were already trying to sell us other items before even offering a quote on a wedding cake. I've read the other reviews and what people are saying about Jenn sound to us like they were talking to a different person than we were so I don't know what must have happened there. We look forward to working with Jenn for our wedding cake! Update: We had our wedding and the cake was so beautiful and tasted AMAZING! I could eat the cake for days!

Popped into their new location in Courtice and was warmly welcomed! The store front is clean, well organized and inviting. The smell of fresh baked goods and positive atmosphere forced me to purchase some cup cakes and cookies 😉 Having eaten a lot of cupcakes and cookies.... I can honestly tell you these are without a doubt the best I have ever had! Charismatic Cakes is now a frequent stop for me & my family and should be yours as well... Go on give it a try, you'll be glad you did!

Absolutely fantastic in every way! I ran into the store for a last minute order. Jenn was gracious and accommodating with my order. She put together an amazing array of cupcakes for my husbands 40th bday! Anne even customized them for me! Everyone at the party raved about how great the cupcakes were. Thank you Charismatic Cakes.

I can't say enough about how uber talented Jenn is when it comes to designing the perfect piece for your special day. Not only has she created many beautiful and delicious cakes for birthdays and showers for my family but has also catered many of my work events which I always receive rave reviews about! From the cookies, cupcakes, platters to cakes - I am always impressed with each and every order!!! Thank you Jenn for making my events so special!
