I love chapters  as I am an avid book reader and they do have a great selection. I have been a customer for many years and used to love the  customer service at this location, however the last few times I have went to this location it has changed. (Over the Christmas  season)The associates  who walk around are very helpful but the associates who work at the check out are not very pleasant. ..No smiles..seem unhappy and a  lady was rude to another customer and myself. I'd rather buy off of Amazon if this experience continues as i can get the same books there. Disappointing as the customer service used to be great from start to finish

This is a nice book store.  There are not many Chapters out there anymore but this one is hopefully going to stay.  There is a Starbucks at this location as well which is nice because you can walk around with a coffee and browse.  There is a cute kids area where kids can play and look at books.  They also offer kids classes but you would have to check online to see if there is a schedule.

Have gone to this Chapters for over twenty years.  I always find it to be a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.  Great way to kill some time on occasion.

Each time I go there I want to read every book in every aisles of  business , self taught , personal Growth etc. I guess that's how a kid feels when he is in candy store..

Every time I've used this fine book store, I've always found just what ever l was seeking. Smiles are free and it's a welcoming experience with well versed staff and management. When I say well versed, well they're still human.... so far! They have something for everyone and lve never had a had experience here.I would recommend this place to anyone. Jeff 🏇
