I'll say the same think about this Indigo as i say of all of them: they're a great one stop shop for gifts. They got books. They got games. They got toys. The got manga. They got a bit of everything.nnAnd they maintain the cozy nature they had back in the 90s.nnAnd this one is one of the few that still have a Starbucks in them... a lot don't now.

This store is a different world. Little pricey but good quality. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Must shop store at least once in a while to make your kids happy and to take yourself back to the books era. I went with my 11 year old daughter, we checked almost everyshelf there. Got some good books. So you should go check it out !

I got the LAST copy of a book I was looking for from this location. This location has a much LARGER selection than the one closer to me, so I will definitely be back here next time.

My family always enjoys coming into this location. Today was no exception but they all went above and beyond! We got asked if we needed help as they noticed us staring at the shelves  I eventually asked one of the girls for help and she actively did everything she could to assist me.nnThey suggested some great books that are now a part of my TBR. A highlight was seeing Sierra excitedly suggest her favorite series which enticed me to give it a try! Thanks Indigo Brampton

It was our 1st time in this store,  we tried using the computer system to locate the books my son wanted.  The computers took forever to load we just tried to navigate the store ourselves.  Not one person was around for assistance.  We did find the books 25mins later.  As I was walking to the cash I saw one lady enter from the side closer to the front doors.  so I followed suit.  There was no one at the other end of the line. I know this because I did look over to see if maybe there was another side.  Since there was not i stayed where I was.  rheana the cashier made eye contact with me several times.  She knew and saw that i was waiting for cash. She was Taking her absolute sweet time with the 1st lady. So my son and I were talking about the books he was going to get and which ones he will need after this.  Once she was through with the lady, rheana decided to tell me the line starts on the right side or her.  when I looked over again it had people but I didnt see over all that stuff they have infront the cash.  I asked her why she couldn't tell me that from the moment I got there?  Then I had to wait again because rheana was slow! She decided to ask the customer to open an account/sign up for something its free and she started asking something about the book. The customer declined.  At this point it was her just making me wait longer.  Once I got to her she did say hello but did not ask me to open/sign up for anything eventhough I bought 5 books from a series that has about 28 books.  So I will have to purchase more.  She didnt ask questions about the books either.  I will get the remaining books from amazon my 1st experience here and it was impacted by a girl who has no customer service etiquette, and deliberately made me wait longer than I had too all because she couldnt say sorry the line starts here,  1st and last time in this store!
