Chaparral Truck, Car & Pet Wash Ltd

Make sure you check your credit card statements. We use this car & dog wash frequently. Sometimes we use the automatic wash as well. We did that on March 31st. My slip from the was read $12, but on my visa statement the charge came through as $21. This is the second time this has happened. I have filed a complaint officially with Visa. This doesn’t seem to be an issue with the self car wash or the pet wash, just the auto wash. We really love this wash, but will stop going if they continue to rip us off.

Decent number of bays. Would be nice if I didn't always get stuck walking around ib mud though. I get it...people are washing mud off their vehicle...but seems like maybe every off-roader in the south comes here.

Love the dog wash! So convenient! My dog hates climbing the ramp so I always need to bring someone along who can lift my mastiff in. Ha ha

Overall clean and not terrible lines. If you catch it after a long weekend the bays are generally dirty with little or no effort to clean up but that’s not the end of the world. The pet wash is usually clean and the staff are willing to help if you have an issue. You can use either coins or credit cards to pay in each bay which is a big plus.

I did the prewash today and thought the hose was broken because there was no pressure at all. Then went to use the brush with soap and no soap came out. I went to ask someone in the office if it was broken or out of soap but no one was there even though it said open till 5 (it was 345). Finished with a rinse and my car still looks dirty. I went back to see if someone was at the office when I pulled out of my bay but no one was there. Really disspointed with this car wash.
