Mint Smartwash

This smart wash caused damage to my front bumper while going through the wash. I heard a large bang while my tires were being cleaned and noticed the crack while drying off my vehicle.nnThis car wash claims no responsibility for the damage, and while I understand there are likely many people who claim pre-existing damage was caused by them, I have only owned this vehicle for 3 weeks. I also believe the many photos and videos they have prove this as well.nnSimply do not trust your vehicles with this car wash, they will shirk responsibility and hope you let it go.

My car was super dirty after driving from out of province. I looked up automated car washes nearby and this place popped up. I quickly drove there to get my car clean. Priyanshu and Khushi offered me a 1-month membership for the price of a single wash. They had my account set up in a minute.nnThe car wash was really fast. It got rid of all the grime and dirt. There was a little water left here and there, but they offer free towel service to wipe down wet spots. Overall, my car looked good as new. Plus, they have a free mat cleaner, vacuum, dashboard wipes, car freshener, and even a free tire inflator.nnSince it's snow season, their 1-month membership for the price of a single wash is awesome for keeping your car looking good and protecting it from rust. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Went through carwash with my monthly membership. It seized all power and shut off completely 4 different times while I was inside the car wash, nobody else was in there with me. I went through the car wash again as it says a 110% satisfactory or wash again. I talked to the tenant and said That there were still dirt grime all over my car from the car wash and that I also didn't receive the package I got originally where it had the colorful nice smelling soap that should have been used on the car. They put my car through a second time. It yet again did not wash my car properly there was grime everywhere. And didn't have the good smelling soap. I was running late for an appointment already, so I just left. I am definitely not happy with my experience at all.

I went in for a single wash, and was pleasantly surprised that I was also able to wipe down my car with complementary alcohol wipes for the interior and microfibre cloths for the exterior. While I was there I took advantage of their free vacuums and tire inflaters as well. Amazing to be able to go to a one stop shop. It’s been two weeks and my car still looks clean.

Went for a wash. Opted-in for the promotional 1 month mint VIP membership. I forgot to grab my credit card from the machine there and drove off for the car wash. When I got out, the kind person who was attending the car wash entrance ran to me and handed me my credit card. I appreciated the honesty and kindness. This is what will likely have me coming back. I wanted to drive back and tip but I am sure tipping isn't something that may be acceptable for them to take. The receipt doesn't have the attendants name, unfortunately so cant give a shout out. I was there today at 11/02/25 @ 3:36 pm grey bronco sport. Great service overall too! Thank kindly.
