Great automatic car wash! Quick, efficient, and does a solid job. The brushes are gentle on the paint, and the drying cycle is actually effective. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick clean.

You are not actually paying for a MONTHLY subscription. Ultimint - 12 washes per month. Cheaper plans could be less number of washes.nnWe were recently informed that the wash plans are no longer unlimited. Last year, we subscribed to the Ultimint plan the highest-tier option, which included unlimited washes. However, after returning to Calgary and renewing our Ultimint plan, we were not advised that the terms had changed. We have since learned that the plan is now limited to 12 washes per month, while the subscription fee remains the same as when the plan offered unlimited washes.nnWhen we raised our concern today and explained that we had not been informed of the policy change, the attendant responded in a rude and impatient manner. She said “Well, what do you want to do now?” We left the interaction feeling misled and as though we had been encouraged to renew the subscription without full disclosure of the updated terms. Given the lack of transparency and customer service, we decided to cancel our plan and leave.

This smart wash caused damage to my front bumper while going through the wash. I heard a large bang while my tires were being cleaned and noticed the crack while drying off my vehicle.nnThis car wash claims no responsibility for the damage, and while I understand there are likely many people who claim pre-existing damage was caused by them, I have only owned this vehicle for 3 weeks. I also believe the many photos and videos they have prove this as well.nnSimply do not trust your vehicles with this car wash, they will shirk responsibility and hope you let it go.

Excellent car wash with a very well-organized layout.nThe service here is great, and the entire space is designed for convenience and efficiency.nnEverything you need is in one place: a mat-washing machine, powerful vacuums, clean microfiber towels, and plenty of space to move around without feeling rushed or crowded. The layout is smart and intuitive, which makes the whole car-washing process smooth and stress-free.nnHands down one of the best places for a convenient and comfortable car wash. Highly recommended!
