**Terrible Customer Service and Unsafe Conditions**nnAfter months of being members at this car wash, I feel compelled to share my experience. In short, the customer service is appalling, and the manager was extremely rude.nnI encountered several issues during my time as a member. Firstly, they increased the monthly charge without any prior notice. When I contacted them to cancel my membership and request a refund, they refused, citing company policy. I find this unacceptable. If you charge someone without their consent and they haven't used the service, a refund should be issued.nnAdditionally, their wash tunnel has frequent technical problems. I was stuck in the tunnel four or five times, which is incredibly frustrating, especially when you're in a rush. On one occasion, the moving rails malfunctioned, causing three cars, including mine, to be pushed bumper to bumper. Thankfully, there was no visible damage, but this incident highlights the safety issues with their tunnel.nnOverall, I do not recommend this car wash due to their poor customer service and unsafe conditions.
First time bringing my vehicle through this car wash. I had to wait 20 mins in line. Dealt with a very rude employee. Finally get ready to begin the car wash and they are rushing through everyone. Whole thing took about 25 seconds. My car was still so dirty. Horrible. Never returning.
Not even deserving 1 nVery bad customer service, after cancelling my subscription got charged and called regarding they said it has to be 10 days to process and i paid $60 for nothing.n1. They advertising for quick wash takes 2 hrs in line to get a chance.n2. Says has a vacuum service you won’t get single spotn3. Says have towels to wipe towels are vet all the times and leaves marks on windowsnThey can do better.nBetter to spend money with Shell wash or Co-Op wash faster, better, cost- effectivenI have attached photos of my last wash with Mint. DISGUSTING.nI have called and emailed to management but no response.
I’ve used Mint many times and felt it was excellent. Today was very disappointing. My car especially the front end was not clean at all. I went to a wand car wash after washing my car at Mint today.nThe vacuums, compressed air mat cleaners, towels and wipes are all very much appreciated.
I am extremely disappointed with the company. I initially went in for a single wash, and after speaking with a representative, I ended up signing up for additional services, which I didn't mind at first. However, after the wash, while drying my car, I discovered that wax had spilled all over it, leaving a burnt, sticky residue.nnI went to customer service, but it was closed at that time. The representative who signed me up checked the car and confirmed that the wax had not been mixed properly. He advised me to return and speak to customer service.nnWhen I went back, the customer service representative told me that they couldn't refund my money, despite the earlier confirmation from the rep that there was an issue. She offered to cancel my membership but refused to issue a refund. I requested an email address to reach out to, as this situation was not my fault; I came to improve my car’s appearance, not to have it damaged and make it worse.nnI emailed customer service three weeks ago, but I have yet to receive a response. As a long-time supporter of all the business, it took me a month to write this review because I was hoping someone would honor my request. Since no one has taken appropriate action, I feel it is important to share my experience with others.
