This is the place. Always great pizza, every time. You will not be disappointed!
Have had pizza from here before. Decent. Ordered tonight for delivery. Asked for address and everything. I checked status and it said ready for pickup. I called them. Got sent to a manager who said they can charge me extra for a delivery fee. I told him “No, I already paid.” So he said the can cancel the order. I said to just please deliver the pizzas we paid for. He hung up on me. We did get the pizzas a bit latter but I will never order again.
I kept on trying to order a pizza with a coupon. There’s no where to put the code number. So it kept wanting to charge the full priced one.
I ordered online this evening. After I ordered and when I was tracking my order, the tracking screen showed they were closed due to staffing issues. I completely understand this issue; however, I have now paid a significant amount for an order I never received. I cannot get ahold of anyone because they are closed. Update: turns out the website was wrong, and my pizzas were delivered. They did come 45 minutes late.
Their pizza use to be pretty good. When I do get a decent pizza, I would definitely rate this as five stars. However, now the pizza is ALWAYS inconsistent. Sometimes I'll get one that is undercooked or practically burnt. If you order online, they now charge $0.85 to use your credit card plus a $3 delivery charge, in addition to a tip for the driver if you choose. In my opinion, the pizza isn't that great to spend all this extra money.
Pizza was fantastic but don’t bother with the wings! I placed 3 separate orders to be delivered to the same place and the whole sauce part really confused the, I’m guessing manager because it was all missing including the marinara sauce that is supposed to come with the garlic toast. It’s a real shame to see today’s workers not able to perform the job that they wanted and literally act like a child saying “you never told me that” here’s a newsflash, boneless buffalo chicken wings are only nuggets without the sauce ! I felt like a heal having to have someone come back out with 4 sauces but low and behold 1sauce was still missing so we ate our chicken nuggets for $9.99
We ordered a pizza a couple of days ago - even though I suggested we didn't as the last time it wasn't too impressive. The pizza looked over cooked and cold. I've put them on the do not order again list. You're honestly better off getting a frozen pizza - which is sad.
Ordered two pizzas from here tonight, one with extra toppings and paid for the extra toppings. When we called to explain that we didn’t get the extra toppings Lindsey the “manager” was very rude. When we started to explain Lindsey hung up the phone. Very disappointed in the customer service and will be calling the store owner tomorrow.
Pizza was a little expensive if they came down a just a little on the prices I would give them five 5 stars…but one pizza is over $20, I’m a regular customer probably at least 2-4 times a month I have a big family But the pizza is good.
We order Chanticlear probably 2-3 times a month. It's very hit and miss. We usually get the 18" and sometimes the crust is black and burnt and sometimes is done perfectly. For taste, when it's not burnt, I would give it a 5 star but being its not at all consistant I can only give it a 2. There's better more consistent pizza from other places around - Broadway pizza comes to mind.
